Conveniently located just minutes from the charming community of Hamilton, this spacious riverfront home and guest suite feels like you are miles from town. Enjoy the spectacular view of the Bitterroot River flowing through the property with the majestic Sapphire Mountains rising in the background. This special property combines private country living with the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants, and can accommodate groups of up to 20 people.

**The Main House**

The 5,000 square foot main house features 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Vaulted ceilings frame the living room and its impressive rock fireplace. This great room is equipped with leather sofa and chairs and a 60" home theater system with satellite TV. Ceiling height windows take in the beautiful views of the Bitterroot Mountains.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area features beautiful cabinetry, high quality stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, built in bench seating and a large dining table.

A large covered deck overlooking the river provides outdoor dining just off the kitchen. A gigantic master suite features a king bed, a deck overlooking the Bitterroot River, heated tile bathroom, double head shower, jetted tub, dual vanities, walk-in closet and satellite TV.

A separate sleeping room is contained in the master suite for those young ones that don't want to be too far from mom and dad. This bonus bedroom features a double bed and a privacy door from the master bedroom.

The upstairs guest room features a queen bed with walk in closet, adjoining full bathroom, and satellite TV. The downstairs guest room also features a queen bed and bathroom with shower.

A queen pillow top inflatable mattress can be utilized in the downstairs family room which also features a sofa and overstuffed chair and satellite TV.

The main house also features a laundry room with washer and dryer, an office with desk, high speed wireless Internet service, pool and ping pong tables, and a six person hot tub overlooking the river.

**The Guest Suite**

The 1,200 square foot guest suite features two bedrooms with queen beds and a loft with four twin beds. A queen pillow top inflatable mattress can also be utilized in the great room. The guest suite includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, leather sectional and big screen TV, one full bathroom, and a washer and dryer.

** The Property**

You’ll be able to walk to the spectacular Bitterroot River, enjoy the private pond and year round spring, and gather around the picnic tables, fire pit and large grassy areas on the property. These 8 acres of the Bitterroot Valley are yours to explore during your stay.

**Smaller Groups**

For groups of 10 or less, the main house can be rented without the guest suite at a 20% discount. Please call to notify us of your intention. For online booking you will be charged 50% of the full price to create the reservation and this discount will be reflected in the balance due after you call our office.

**Pets**

Sorry, no pets are allowed.

**Minimum Stay**

The minimum stay is 3 nights.

**Weddings**

Sorry, weddings are not allowed on the property. However, we host many families and groups each year who are here to attend weddings, and the house really works well for this.
