Wonderful house in a perfect location! Very Comfortable lynne g. from Tahoe, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 perfect for long walks on the beach & close enough to the village for dining & shopping. But much quieter on it's 1 way st. We especially loved the observation deck for cocktails & sunsets. The small patio & yard were fine for our 2 pug dogs. |

Lovely place for a family vacation A guest from Seattle, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 We stayed in this lovely house with our three young kids and had a great time. Everything is provided (though you might have to poke around a bit to find it or figure out how to make it work), the location is great, and the rental process was super-easy. If you don't use the hot tub right away, keep an eye on it - we didn't try to use it until later in our stay and it was a bit green by that point, so we passed. Otherwise, everything was great! |

Stayed for 5 days in December, 2012 My mom, Aunt and I stayed here for 5 days to attend my cousins wedding up the block at te Darlington House. The location was perfect; very close to the water and a short drive to the main area with shops and restaurants. The house itself was very clean and well presented. It was great to have the linens and towels provided and washed/cleaned after we left. It rained most of the time we were there so we didn't get to use the jacuzzi or decks, but they are still a great part of the house. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would stay again if we went back. |

The third floor terrace overlooking the ocean sunsets. Clean and simply furnished, so close to world class restaurants. The vicinity of everything made it unjustifiable to rent a car. My kids wore nothing but swim trunks all week, barefoot to the beach and shirtless all day. We look forward to returning next year. |

Too close for comfort A guest from Phoenix, AZ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in September, 2011 I'll first start by saying, the house was really nice. It was clean inside, and the outside problems we had, were taken care of by the management company very quickly. The balconies were wonderful, the beds comfortable. There were a couple of issues I didn't like. The houses are so close together, we were practically in our neighbors backyards. One neighbor would go outside every night after 1:00 A.M. and putter around his yard. We could hear traffic from the busy road, and our street came from a beach, so it was heavily traveled. Great house. Too close to others. |

Great house close to beach Michael R. from Dallas, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2011 When we arrived we were a little concerned about how big the house was, but were pleasantly surprised. The decoration was taken straight from West Elm, in an updated floor plan (bathroom tile needs to be updated), but accommodating for the family. There were hard wood floors throughout the house. With one bedroom down and two upstairs, it is ideal for having friends, or extended family member join you. The bedroom downstairs is small but has a queen size bed and its own bathroom. Upstairs is a spacious layout with the master bedroom (king bed) and a guest room (full bed). There is one large bathroom on second floor, but it worked for us as we shared it with our children. There is a great balcony off of the guest bedroom with a lounge chair. Through the master bedroom, is a stair case to a balcony on the roof, which has a view of the ocean and is child friendly, e.g., the glass is about 4 feet tall so no one can fall over. There is room for only one car to park, thus all others park on the side of the street. The house had AT&T U-Verse for cable, flat screen TVs, and Wi-Fi. The appliances are up to date and the place was really clean. The house was a bit stuffy when we arrived, but the management company brought over 2 new fans to help circulate the air (no a/c). While we there, we left many windows open, and never needed the fans. It got warm from 2:30PM till 5PM, but otherwise 72 degrees. The beds were very comfortable, but needs more pillows. The location is great. You are one block away from a great Italian restaurant, Carinos, which has been there since 1947. It is small, but pizza and food is great. There are also a number of good places off of Pearl Street as well as coffee shops. The Cottage is a great place for breakfast as they have oatmeal blueberry pancakes and other healthy items. The Cookie Lady is across the street from Nathan?s grocery store (hard to find) but amazing desserts (get the chocolate cake). The beach |
