Enjoy your days lounging by the pool or heading out to the beach. This open and spacious 3-bedroom / 2 bath pet friendly home is just a short walk from one of La Jolla?s most beautiful beaches?the Windansea beach. Of course, with your own private pool, you may not want to leave the house!
This house has everything you will need to fully enjoy your Southern California vacation. The private pool is surrounded by a large deck and outdoor BBQ / eating area. The pool and deck are visible from many rooms in the house as well.
The open living room and kitchen allow family and guests plenty of room to relax and enjoy the home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need.
The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and include a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom that overlooks the pool, and two full beds in the third bedroom. There are also two spacious bathrooms.
Relax in the evenings by the pool and enjoy a sunset swim or a backyard BBQ. There?s also a large flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom, free WiFi, and a washer dryer.
Within easy driving distance you will also enjoy the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Lego Land, Sand Diego Padre baseball or San Diego Charger football, the Gas Lamp Quarter, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing?and the list goes on!

Nice private pool and a short walk to a great beach for kids. Close driving to SanDiego and great experiences like Torrey Pines. Property management was helpful with everything. Could use updating, but who wants to be inside in CA anyways? |

Comfortable home with pool A guest from Pittsford, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 We had a great stay. Especially appreciated very short walk to beach. The lovely pool was a big plus. Home was very clean. The air conditioning unit located between the beds in one bedroom leaked a great deal. The manager called once to come to see the problem but never actually showed , we made due with a bowl under the unit to catch the water. This was obviously not a new problem since the wood floor all the way out to the hall had sustained water damage.Definitely not ideal. We would certainly recommend the property but since no one wants to waste time on vacation getting significant problems addressed, we would have appreciated timely assistance from management regarding the air conditioning problem. |

The single floor layout was perfect for our group as it gave everyone room and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the quick 5 minute walk down to the beach as well as some local restaurants. Not the newest house on the block, but very comfortable, clean, and convenient and I would definitely recommend it. |

Great Location Liz D. from Watertown, MA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2011 This house is in a perfect location to walk to a great beach. You can even see a little bit of the beach from the house. There are great waves, surfers to watch and cliffs to climb on. Plus the sunsets are amazing.The only drawbacks of the house were related to its age. Trying to figure out how to turn on the lights in various rooms was an adventure and some rooms were pretty dark. The kitchen is large and moderately well stocked. They could use a few more pots. We were able to cook for and seat 7 people easily. The pool was not heated, which was too bad because in December it was way too cold to use. Overall we enjoyed the house a lot. |
