This newly remodeled 4000 square foot luxury beachfront rental in La Jolla Shores offers the perfect setting for your dream vacation. Located just 30 yards from the sand, this home boasts unobstructed beach and whitewater views. Kellogg Park is adjacent to the property, so you'll have direct access to both the La Jolla Shores beach and the park. It is truly one of a kind.
You'll have plenty of room to accommodate and enjoy your family and friends with 4 bedrooms (including 2 master suites), 4.5 baths, and a wonderfully open deck that overlooks the park and beach and features an incredible fire pit. When you enter the home, the first thing you see is a large saltwater aquarium, filled with rare and exotic tropical fish from around the world. Travertine flooring throughout the first floor provides both beauty and comfort. The home features the highest quality furnishings from the well-known Kriess Collection.
You'll enjoy relaxing in the great room with comfortable seating for 8 on custom leather couches, a fireplace, and a 50" flatscreen TV. The focus of the dining room is a magnificent limestone table with seating for 6. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including all stainless steel appliances, a sub zero refrigerator, and custom cherry wood cabinetry. There is also a private office with an ocean view if you need to get some work done during your stay at this magnificent luxury beachfront rental.
All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs, and offer both spectacular whitewater views and cool ocean breezes. The first master suite has panaoramic ocean and sunset views, a high end King sized bed, 42" flatscreen TV, full private bathroom, and a private outdoor deck. The second master suite also provides ocean views, has a high end, ultra-comfortable Queen sized bed, full private bath, and has been furnished with Tommy Bahama furnishings to give it a warm and tropical ambiance. The third bedroom has ocean views as well, and has been decorated in a nautical theme with custom furnishings and bedding, has a plush queen bed, private full bath, and also has an private ocean view balcony. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin sized beds, a full bath, and a private deck with a view.

Beach was just across the street and and location was very convenient to all the San Diego. We loved the Aquarium and being able to sit on the upstairs patio around the fire pit in the evening. Kitchen and barbecue facilities were quite good and the home is really spacious. |

A Vacation Experience A guest from Glendale, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in May, 2012 Started off rough with some air conditioning problems, wi-fi, TV master bedroom not working and a leak into the kitchen from the upstairs bathroom. This was from Saturday to Wednesday. The management company to get the air fixed, the leak fixed and replaced the tv. The wi-fi was finally fixed and the rest of the stay was great. The pictures make the place look cleaner and better than it really was. The carpets in the rooms upstair were very dirty and the twin beds were not comfortable. Property Manager Response: Response from Seabreeze Vacation Rentals, LLC Unfortunately, this guest had three issues occur within the first three days of her arrival. We addressed each of these issues as soon as they were brought to our attention to insure as little inconvenience to our guests as possible. The air conditioning and water leak was repaired and the TV replaced immediately. Also, the carpets have been professionally steam cleaned. While we can not control maintenance issues that arise, we do make it our #1 priority to address these issues as soon as they are reported. |

Stayed for 7 days in December, 2011 Located in ideal location and so close to the beach (you have to cross a street and then the beach is right there). It's like 50 feet away. House is nice and clean and has all the amenities. Really quality place. It was hard to get in touch with the Seabreeze people - this woman Vanessa that runs the company was impossible to contact. So frustrating. So unbeliveably unprofessional. But a really nice person named Chloe for that company was very helpful and actually answered her phone, etc. But the house is great. totally recommend it.
