This beautiful, 2 story La Jolla Shores dream home has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 37" plasma TV, and a private bathroom. The other 4 bedrooms all have queen beds and shared bathrooms. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is there should you choose to entertain or dine in, you?ll have everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. You?ll enjoy choosing whether to dine inside or outside on the deck overlooking the water.
Other amenities include high-speed wireless internet, 52-inch High-Definition TV in the family room and a 6 person private outdoor hot tub.

Great location but lacking some amenities A guest from San Marcos, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2013 Overall we had a great time And enjoyed the house. The property management company was horriffic. Since I am local they treated me like a teenager who was trying to throw a party. I worked with vanessa and she would not return my phone calls. They were VERY unprofessional! Some complaints on the house were the lack of water pressure in the shower. It took 10 minutes just to get wet. Only one of the smaller rooms had a tv and it was a small tv from the 80's. we weren't there to watch tv but my husband likes to fall asleep to it. Property Manager Response: Response from Seabreeze Vacation Rentals, LLC We have learned from numerous past experiences that on most occasions, when a guest who is local wants to rent a large house for just the weekend, more often than not it results in a party at the house. We are very strict about our "no party policy" and as a result, need to be very careful when these types of situations arise to insure our guests understand the rules as well as the penalty for violating them. We are very sorry that this guest did not appreciate our approach, but in these types of situations, we would rather be safe than sorry. |

#8418 in La Jolla Shores A guest from Ramona, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2012 Great location, beautiful beach. A few things need to be worked on however. The spa was very foamy and had a really strong amonia smell so it was not usable. All of the toilets need to be adjusted, or maybe fixed so that the handle returns to the fill position, each one had to be manually raised so the tank would refill prior to the next flush. The ice maker was propped up with a small box so it would shut down. This got removed for access to the ice and when not replaced the machine kept making ice until it overflowed into the bin below and all over the floor when the door was opened. We felt unsafe using the garage as the vent pipe for the water heater is loose and spewing exhaust into the room, this should be fixed right away. Also the screen doors for the sliding doors need to be worked on as they come off the tracks easily. The yard guys could also spend some time trimming and treating for the white fly infestation. Other than those items, the home was comfortable and in a wonderful location for us to be at the wedding. |

Great Beach House but not Luxury Dream Home Danelle V. from Calgary, Alberta recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 We enjoyed our stay in this rental mainly due to its fabulous location. It was a very short walk to the beach which was fabulous for the kids. There is a lot of beach traffic and crazy parkers in the area but I guess that is to be expected so close to the beach. The house itself was fine but could hardly be called luxurious. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything we needed was available. However, the house is a little run down. Some of the lighting didn't work and it got very warm in the afternoon and was difficult to sleep due to the temperature on some nights.Overall I would recommend this house but know that you are paying for location. |

Great location; some problems Mark W. from Chatsworth, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in November, 2011 We rented the house for the weekend in mid November. We only needed it for two days but still paid the 3-night minimum. The location is great. One block from the beach with a beautiful view of the sunset. We did cook one of the days and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed and everything worked. The house is nicely appointed and the linens and towels were well stocked. We did have three problems, however. THe TV was not wired correctly and after hours of trying every conceivable combination, we just unplugged everything from the receiver and plugged the TV directly into the satellite. We did not need the DVD player and, I guess, the sound on the TV set was good enough. Our calls to the office were not returned until the next morning. We never did get the wi fi to work. THe passwords and username that were left did not work with our computers. Very frustrating for two of us who had a bit of work to do. Again, calls to the office did no good. Finally, the thermostat was programmed so as not to go above 68. This made for a rather cool evening and morning. Not what one wants when paying over $600.00 a night. The person I spoke to several times throughout the weekend (Tim) was courteous but not able to solve the wi fi problem. By the time he got someone to come over to check the TV, we had already fixed it...sort of. He promised to offer some sort of compensation for the lack of wi fi but I have not heard back as to how this will happen. Don't get me wrong. This is a very nice house in a very special location. The problems can easily be dealt with if the rental company chooses to do so. If they do, this rental is 5 stars all the way!! Property Manager Response: Response from Seabreeze Vacation Rentals, LLC In order to resolve the problems with the TV and internet, we had to contact the homeowner who was unfortunately out of toen for the weekend and unreachable until Sunday. When he finally got back to us with the unformation we needed, it was too late as these guests had already checked out. The issues with the TV, internet, and thermosatat have been addressed and corrected and this guest will receive compensation for the inconvenience. |

Excellent Home, Clean, Beautiful, Accommodating, and Incredible Location A guest from Haddonfield, NJ recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2011 I have rented vacation homes numerous times and found this to be one of my best experiences. The listing manager was incredibly responsive and the house itself was everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental. We came to La Jolla to enjoy the beach of course and this house is unbeatable. A short one-minute walk and you are literally on the beach. The surf was great and the view of Ja Jolla Shores park and the beach and ocean from the deck were breathtaking especailly at sunset. Shops and restaurants are also a very short walk away (about 5 mins). The home is very accommodating and has a very quintessential San Diego feel (cool architecture, open flow with deck seating, etc.). The kitchen has everything you could want to prepare a gourmet meal, and the living areas, outdoor areas, and bathrooms were clean and current. There is also a state of the art washer/dryer on the mid-patio. We found that one of our favorite things was the outdoor bamboo shower which was great for rinsing off after the ocean or before/after the hot tub (which is a very large and most importanty hot, hot tub). We will definitely be back! |

We walked up the aquarium (OK so it is uphill and rained on the way home), to grocery, to restaurants, to the beach for surfing. (Grocer does deliver, FYI.) Comfortable beds and furnishings; great kitchen; awesome porch. Property manager was polite, helpful and ever-available, even when I called him on Sunday evening.My singular criticism is that the closets/drawers downstairs were a little awkward.Great downstairs and master baths. |
