Stayed for 7 days in August, 2014 The entire family enjoyed the stay. The house was in a very convenient location and really accommodated our needs.
VERY DISAPPOINTING PROPERTY Eric B. from El Paso, TX does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 7 days in July, 2014 From the moment we walked in my family and I were hugely disappointed. Although the location and architecture were fine, the home was filthy. The living room leather furniture was so disgusting that my family refused to even sit on it. The outside deck furniture was no better. The dining room table needs to be replaced and the wood floors are in desperate need of refinishing. The white exterior is dirty and moldy and there was mold in the main shower. There is extensive termite damage and the side yard is covered in torn out wood and debris from a prior repair. This home has definitely seen its better days and needs a substantial overhaul. I would definitely NOT recommend this property to anyone.

Stayed for 7 days in July, 2014 An excellent vacation! We were extremely satisfied with Sea Breeze rental company. The organization was excellent and everything went very smooth. There were a few hiccups that were address immediately. Robin was awesome! The view from the property was spectacular! The property was very clean. The kitchen appliances were a bit dated. The refrigerator had some stains at the bottom of the door that was off putting, but everything else was clean. All in all, a great experience.
Greate view, but need totally renovation... Andrii R. from Kyiv, Kyiv does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 7 days in June, 2014 Photo not actual, appartment need to be renovated and change all furniture. On the terrace greate view. Better to stay one family.
Property Manager Response: Response from Seabreeze Vacation Rentals, LLC Upon receiving this guests comments we have reviewed every photo on this property listing and have found each one to be very accurate. We feel that there may have been a communication error with this guest and some confusion on his part as to which property of ours he was renting.

Stayed for 4 days in March, 2014 Had a wonderful time just relaxing and enjoying the rooftop patio. We walked to the beach and to the village shops. A great stay!
Great location, poor condition A guest from Stony Plain, Alberta does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 3 days in September, 2013 The house is in a great location unfortunately it needs some work and updating. The furniture is old and the kitchen is not very well equipped. There are not enough plates etc. for four people to have more than a few meals, nothing is matching and most of it was dirty. We didn't see that there was no A/C and had a hard time with the heat in the house.

Stayed for 3 days in August, 2013 I have so many great things to say about our experience here at this rental property. The location was the number one selling point for me. Being able to walk just 5 minutes down the street to get to the beach was amazing. We really took advantage of that multiple times a day. Also, being in a quiet residential neighborhood on a cup-de-sac was amazing. It really helped us to relax and feel safe. The open and airy floor plan was perfect for us and we had more than enough room to lounge around and feel right at home. The ocean view deck was another favorite of mine. Morning coffee and night time wine was so much better up there overlooking the ocean. I will say though, it definitely made it that much harder to leave! This beats staying in a hotel because you really feel immersed in the lifestyle. We had an absolute blast and are grateful for the easy process and affordable prices Seabreeze had to offer us. Thanks again!

Stayed for 7 days in August, 2013 Helpful reservation staff who responded to questions quickly. Everything was exactly as described. The property is very comfortable and well equipped but could do with a coat of paint here and there.

Stayed for 7 days in August, 2013 We were looking for a private and quiet home to relax while my husband was in treatment at Scripps. This was a great spot for us and we were able to bring our dog along too which made my husband very happen. Thank you Sea Breeze for accommodating us. We had a lovely stay.

Stayed for 7 days in July, 2013 My husband and I were looking for a quiet vacation rental where we could walk to the beach, enjoy sunset views from our own patio, and cook our meals at home. We loved our time here and found that it suited our needs perfectly. The rooms were all very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with pantry items, pots and pans, and dishes. We walked daily to the beach and around the park nearby. Such a pretty area of La Jolla!
Great deck Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in July, 2013 This home has a really wonderful deck for watching sunsets and we loved the location. The home is off the beaten track from the activity of the village and was what we wanted. You can walk to beautiful Windansea beach, and the neighborhoods around there are charming as well.

Stayed for 7 days in July, 2013 The Property was dirty, the furniture not good condition, there is no air conditioning working at all. It says beach front and is not beach front.

We are very sorry that this guest was somehow confused by our advertisements and hope that future guests will not have the same problem.

Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 We enjoyed our experience in La Jolla. The house was certainly adequate for our needs. There were a few annoyances such as a lack of AC or at least ceiling fans. It was a particularly warm week and the house really heated up. In fairness, they provided 2 fans and when one wasn't functioning, the management provided a replacement. Internet wasn't working for the first day and a half but the company did then come out to remedy it. There was some mold in the master bath shower, though I would say the overall cleanliness was very good. We made the reservation kind of last minute and so I found the price of the property for what we got a little steep. All in all though, La Jolla is a great visit and we really enjoyed being so close to the beaches, particularly on such a sunny week.
Lovely stay A guest from Twickenham, Middx recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 Great location away from the more crowded village area but just a short drive if you want to visit. Short walk to lovely beach so for a family couldn't be better.
La jolla july 2012 Anne C. from Foxrock, Dublin recommends this property.
Stayed for 14 days in July, 2012 Had a great holiday in La jolla California. House was in a great location near the beach but it is a bit tired and in need of some upgrading. roof terrace needs a painting. Garden very tatty with old bits of furniture around. Furniture in living room dated and needs upgrading. The absence of TV in the living room meant family viewing had to take place in main bedroom. Would prefer no tv in bedroom and one in the living room instead. Kitchen well equipped. Would benefit from a vacation folder with tips on how appliances are operated, good restaurants to visit etc.Overall had a great time thanks.
Lovely place, just in need of a little tlc Helen I. from London, UK recommends this property.
Stayed for 15 days in March, 2012 We had a great two weeks at the house in La Jolla, and we could't fault the location. Lovely views from the roof terrace, walking distance from a very scenic beach, as well as the restaurants in Bird Rock and a short drive to the shops & supermarkets in La Jolla. Management responded very promptly to any requests and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things we found a little odd - there is a great big hole (intentional) in the wall halfway up the staircase up to the bedrooms with no safety barrier to stop a little one falling through to land in the lounge! Also there was a TV in each of the bedrooms but not in the lounge. The only gripe was that the house felt like it needed some tlc. It was probably really beautiful 15-20 years ago, but just felt a little tired. And none of the plugs seemed to fit the baths - we had to use the one from the kitchen! There could have been a garden, but it was just weeds and some discarded chairs. But really they are minor gripes - we had a great stay and would recommend to friends
Great location for La Jolla A guest from Needham, MA recommends this property.
Stayed for 10 days in March, 2012 Loved this location 1 mi from La Jolla village and 6 blocks from a beautiful beach. House was very comfortable but furnishings were not high quality and the temperature too cold in the am and night, but it was 45 degrees out. Would definitely rent again if the heat was fixed. Wonderful house, grt location, nice rooms, and kitchen.

Stayed for 31 days in January, 2012 We really enjoyed the house as well as our experience with SeaBreeze. The house was in a great location as you could walk down to the beach as well as local restaurants. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our extended stay in La Jolla. The few small requests we had during our stay were addressed immediately by management. We truly felt that our enjoyment of our vacation was priority #1 and we appreciated that very much. Thanks!
Would recommend with a few qualifications A guest from Mill Valley, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in December, 2011 The property is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, conveniently located to all that wonderful La Jolla has to offer. Easy walk to the beach and right next to a short bike/walking path. On the plus side, the house is light and spacious and the kitchen was generally well-stocked (though oddly there were only two oversized coffee mugs, though the maanagement company promptly brought over two additional new regular-sized mugs when requested). Nice that the property allows pets. On the negative side, the furnishings are getting tired and shabby. Light carpet in stairway and bedrooms shows dirt and stains. Master bath towels had bleach stains. Both bedrooms had televisions, but no TV in the living room was odd because the family couldn't gather together for common viewing. Minor ant problem in master bedroom (again property management company responded quickly with ant traps, though a few ants still seen). Would be nicer if a few small amenties were provided for guest use on arrival, items like bar soap in showers (there were pump bottles at both sinks), a box or two of Kleenex and perhaps a welcome bottle of soda/water/wine in frig.
Great vacation! A guest from Green Valley, AZ recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 The house was perfect for our family of five. Quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach, and location right next to walking/biking path help make this a great place. The rooftop deck really sets this house apart from others. We used it a lot!! On the downside, the toaster was broken (not a huge deal), and there were only two beach chairs available; we figured there would be at least four. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!
A Great Get-a-way!! It was close enough to the beach for a five minute walk, but tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, so ther Angela B. from Scottsdale, AZ recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 I would highly recommend this home for a relaxing seaside vacation. The only changes I would make is to add some new pots and pans, especially bigger ones and to have a few more beach chairs.
Great Location in La Jolla A guest from Telluride, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in March, 2011 We arrived to a home that was not cleaned from its previous guests. This was rectified while we went out to dine (impressed with the quick response on a saturday night, not terribly impressed with the level of cleanliness).Location was great, very private, on La Jolla bike path.Master bed was small and cheap, linens were cheap, pillows sucked. Kitchen was stocked with "second-hand" dishes & cookware. No matching anything, cheap everything. I understood, but was not impressed. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a 7 night stay, no paper towels, dead flies and insects everywhere. Smelled like the carpet needs a deep clean.Funky Kitchen, in need of minor repairs.Property manager was very cool and responsive. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and grill, and the small backyard.Upgrades to the furniture, beds, linens & towels, as well as the cleaning protocol, and this place would be closer to our expectations.Thank you for allowing our small dog to stay.I would recommend placing the wireless router & modem in a room that is not locked off. I had to flip breakers to reset the modem (which kept dropping signal) several times, which I felt was not ideal.Overall, a pleasant stay.
