we love the property and the location, very pleasant. As older folks we enjoy the fact that it is quiet but also easily accessible to shops and highways.

Good, convenient location. Everything that was needed was supplied but needs some general maintenance such as windows opening properly, patio doors sliding smoothly, and condensate from one air conditioner leaking. Would be nice to have general info for visitors from out-of-country, e.g. instructions on A/C operation, garbage arrangement, location of nearest shops or convenience store, restaurant recommendations, gas station, etc.
