A guest from celina, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2015 This apartment is at a perfect location, walk distance to snorkeling, community is nice, apartment is clean and just in front of sea, and there is door separation between 2 bedrooms, which is really nice and give each bedroom some privacy, only 1 thing I did give it a 4 start, it is because I did not notice there is no air conditioner, and the TV in the living room does not work, called agency, and nobody response immediately. Overall, I had a lot fun staying here and strongly re
Maye H. from Cranbrook, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 32 days in December, 2014 I have been a guest at Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet for the past 8 years. This was my first time in this unit and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The upgrades were very nice and the unit was very well equipped and the decor very soothing. King beds in both rooms very comfy and the hide a bed sofa was great for a weekend visitor. We used the air bed on top which made it very comfortable. Spectacular view from lanai. The condo felt very homey and provided many movies and a great assortment of games. Look forward to staying there again!
DO NOT STAY HERE - FOR FEAR THE OWNER WILL SCREW YOU
Reviewed by: Janelle S. does not recommend this property. Stayed for 9 days in September, 2014 The trip was so great that half way through our second week we decided to stay and extra week. We called CIndy at the management company and the condo was available. Cindy booked and accepted payment, she was great. This was Tuesday and our original scheduled departure was for Friday. Thursday we had the entire day planned out and were on our way fishing when we received a phone call from Cindy at 9am to tell us that the owner was on his way to stay at the condo THAT day and we needed to be out by 11:30am. Our entire day was spent trying to figure our accommodations as the owner is an arrogant jerk and didn't care he was interrupting/ cutting short our original vacation let alone our extended booking. At the end it wasn't even the owner that was coming. He had offered it to some friends who were extremely rude to us when they arrived as we only had a couple hours to move our stuff and find accommodations. Cindy was very helpful and stressed out as well trying to find us accommodations. In short, do not rent 2403 at the surf & racquet club. The owner has no consideration for his paying guests.
Robert K. from Englewood, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in August, 2013 Our veranda overlooked the pacific ocean, being lulled to sleep by the sound of waves. The location is less than a mile from great snorkelling, beach and swimming. We visited Hilo for a helocopter ride to see lava dripping into the ocean. We hiked to the bottom of the Kiluea volcano in the national park. We would stay a Kona 4203 again.
A guest from Sierra Madre, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 We really enjoyed our stay here, although it was too short. Next time we'll stay for a week or two. Good accomodation right on the oceans
WEI L. from Beijing, beijing recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2012 Totally it is a good condo with better location, front of ocean and well equipment. there is a delicious resturant 5 minutes drive from the condo, and gas station, shopping center are also there. But there is a severe problem, that is ants. It has some baby ants in this condo, especially in kitchen and balcony. If manager of this condo clean up those ants, it would be perfect for living experience.BTW, the real room is better than pictures.Sabrina
A guest from HESPERIA, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2011 Our family had a wonderful time at the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club. The location was absolutely wonderful. The condos were spacious and comfortable. The staff through the whole rental process were extremely helpful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay on the Big Island. We had a wonderful time!
A guest from Bellingham, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2011 It was very strange only having information about how and when to get in and out. We received no information about the property and there was no office on the property connected to what we were doing. There seemed to be a party there one night, but we didn't know if it was private or for all folks on property. Once in the unit, there was no information provided. Didn't know if we were free to use what was in the kitchen and linen closet or how to leave the unit - dump nonperishable food..? It would have been nice to have laundry detergent for the washer.
