This 5th-floor condo in exclusive Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock is absolutely beautiful inside and offers some of the best views in the area!
Designer-furnished and offering almost every interior upgrade imaginable, this is truly an exceptional residence. This single-level condominium is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 1682 square feet of exquisite living space. As you enter the foyer you'll be greeted by ten foot ceilings, tiled floors, and a breathtaking view of the ocean through the large windows and sliding glass door to the balcony.
The gourmet kitchen features pristine stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all the appliances needed to cook for your family and friends. p>The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, family gatherings, or anything in between. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views.
There are three bedrooms and two baths. The master suite off the living room has a king-size bed and is equipped with a TV/DVD/VCR. The master bath has a combined, his-and-her vanity, a large Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower stall.

The huge oceanfront balcony is ready for dining or relaxing as you enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air, the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean, and possibly some putting or chipping on the eighth green.
This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach.
The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Grille, an excellent fitness facility, a family pool with a sprayground, a teen center with foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table, all with views of the freshwater lake.

March at Cinnamon Beach A guest from Ancaster, Ontario recommends this property. Stayed for 30 days in March, 2013 Was supposed to be pet free due to severe allergies but pets had been in the condo. When contacted Management did a great job of cleaning, replacing etc - very responsive but still had impacts throughout the vacation but not as bad. Didn't have toaster or enough coffee cups so we purchased but other aspects of the condo and facilities were very good. Again mgmt were very responsive to our situation. Have rented for 5 weeks next year! |

The property management company - helped me in a bind with getting on the internet - which was wonderful!~ She even stopped her family dinner to help me. I would highly recommend this location to all my friends and family!only issue we did have was the cable TV - not sure if operator errors... LOL - but we managed. |

Girl's Getaway A guest from Winter Park, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2012 We spent three nights for a girls' weekend and had a great time. The condo was the perfect size for 6 adult women and we enjoyed the views and having such a comfortable home base for the beach. The walk to the beach is a path through the dunes right outside the building, which was fairly close and convenient, but would have been nicer with a hose or shower to rinse off. The kitchen could be better equipped with more cups/mugs and cooking items for those who take advantage and eat in. We often had to reuse dishes before the dishwasher ran because there weren't enough items. It could have also been a bit cleaner - the ceiling fans had noticeable cobwebs and dust and some of the sheets didn't seem the cleanest. Otherwise, we had a relaxing stay and really enjoyed our time away. Thanks! |
