There are four- (4) master bedroom suites each with its own spa quality bath. Each suite has two- 2 high-end Queen Beds plus it's own HDTV. There are 4.5 baths in total. The huge Great Room features a 50 inch plasma TV, fireplace, large dining/card table and luxurious leather furniture. There is a dedicated billiard room with a built-in bar. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2013 There were 7 of us staying at this house and all of us were extremely happy with every aspect of it. We are all 35 and under so staying here instead of on the resort property allowed us to let loose and enjoy ourselves without affecting other guests. We still played our 36 a day but all looked forward to getting home and bbqing up a great dinner together and continuing our competition on the putting/ chipping green in the back yard. Already looking forward to next year and hopefully staying at the same house. |

Stayed for 2 days in November, 2012 The house was set up perfectly to house a group of 8 guys. 8 beds, a great kitchen, pool table, the putting green and chipping mat in the back, the barbecue and fire pit. We absolutely loved our time here. Only note of caution...people tried to break into two of our cars and steal gas in the middle of the night...not sure if this is common or an isolated incident... Also, the water pressure is really low if more than one person is showering. |

This place is the real deal A guest from Houston, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 We had 8 guys for a Bandon Golf trip, and the house was everything we had hoped for. The resort was going to charge us 3100 per night for two suites and this was a much better hangout at a fraction of the price. 4 bedrooms, each with a pair of queen beds and their own bathroom and flatscreen, a huge kitchen to help prepare burgers and steaks, and best of all a great outdoor area. The 8 of us spent each evening next to a gas fireplace (burns real wood) while downing beers and playing cards. It was an incredibly enjoyable experience. Do not be discouraged if the resort attempts to make tee times difficult for you. The owners of the property have a letter from a resort executive which gives you privileges. The only difference is you will pay a little more for a tee time, which is more than worth the savings you'll get by staying in the house. |
