Kailuana is a unique private estate located on the windward side of Oahu, set in the residential community of Kailua. Kailuana Beachfront is one of the few legal, licensed vacation rentals in Kailua. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath MAIN HOUSE offers you a chance to relax in quiet comfort on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world.

The MAIN HOUSE is tucked away on an acre of tropically landscaped property and fronts the beach with large picture windows that afford spectacular views of both mountains and sea.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and 3rd has a pair of Twin beds. A queen size couch in the living room allows the MAIN HOUSE to sleep a maximum 8 people.

The MAIN HOUSE has a large fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances, including a dishwasher. A laundry room with a washer and dryer adjoins the kitchen. All the conveniences of your own home are provided including a color HDTV/DVD, ceiling fans and air conditioning, high speed wireless internet, beach furniture, large covered patio and outdoor barbecue!

The sizable 1 bedroom, 1 bath GUEST HOUSE is surrounded by private gardens and features a large, covered lanai that is ideal for dining, lounging or just reading a book!

The GUEST HOUSE features a spacious living/dining room area with a full-sized couch that features a reclining seat and a full size folding bed to accommodate up to 4 guests. A fully-equipped kitchen and large bathroom with vanity adjoin both the Living Room and Master Bedroom.

The big Master Bedroom of the GUEST HOUSE features a King size bed where the sounds of the ocean and trade winds lull you asleep! Kailuana's GUEST HOUSE is charmingly furnished in a traditional Hawaiian style. Fresh flowers are always there to greet you!

Kailuana's private path leads to the best section of beautiful Kailua Beach. This residential beach is never crowded!

Rental of 1 bedroom 1 bath "Guest House" $550/night + 13.75% tax... $1,000 security deposit... $250 Out clean fee taken from security deposit... Maximum 4 guests.

Rental of entire property "Both Houses" $1,500/night + 13.75% tax... $2,500 security deposit... $650 Out clean fee taken from security deposit... Maximum 11 guests (7 in Main House, 4 in Guest House).

All rents are payable in advance with 50% of rent due 90 days prior to occupancy.
Balance due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Full rent assessed on cancellations made with less than 90 days notice unless property can be re-rented. A $500 administrative fee assessed on all cancellations.

Security deposit less Out clean fee returned within 14 days of checkout.
