Administrative conditionsConditions for reservation and confirmation In order to be able to make a reservation on the apartment you should guarantee the same using one of the following three options: 1) The reservation can be confirmed trough your credit card. For this we will request the type, number, and expiration date and security code of the card in order to keep the reservation. This is for the sole purpose to guarantee the reservation and where no debit will be made from the same. 2) Through a transfer of 20% of the value of the stay. The same can be done through Western Union for which EnjoyingBA will provide its guests with the necessary information to carry out this deposit. 3) Bank transfer equivalent to 20% of the value of the stay. EnjoyingBA will provide its guests with the necessary information to carry out this deposit. Rent Value and Deposit Guarantee The prices expressed in EnjoyingBA include the rent, utility bills (gas, electricity and water), cable TV, building maintenance fees, municipal taxes and daily cleaning service. The administrative fee is US$30 for either weekly or monthly rent. At the moment of registering the guest will receive the necessary contracts to carry out the rent, which are as follows: 1) A rental lease which must be completed with the tenants' passport information and signed in accordance. 2) A contract that states the day of departure from the property. 3) An inventory with all the items that form part of the described apartment and their respective value. The same will be will be signed in accordance with the guest and will be attached to the rental and departure agreements. Deposit and Payment Policy The total amount of the value of the stay will be paid in advance and in cash... A deposit guarantee will be required from the guest who will be reimbursed to them as long as the apartment is returned in the same conditions as it was given and with its full inventory. Anything missing or broken will be deducted from the guarantee or paid in cash if the total is greater than the amount deposited as guarantee. Length of Stay: Extensions The minimum stay is of one day and a maximum of six months in accordance with the current local legislative law. The days specified in the contract determine the duration of the rent. In the case that the tenant wishes to extend his/her stay, he or she must notify EnjoyingBA, before the expiration date of the contract, the amount of extra days desired with a previous notice several days in advance. The company will carry out the respective contracts as long as the property is available. Cancellation Policy All reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days previous to the dates requested by the client for renting the property. In the case of requesting the cancellation of the reservation within less of the 30 days, EnjoyingBA will withhold 20% of the amount in concept of deposit as a penalty. In the case of retiring from the property previous to the expiration date of the lease, unfortunately the remaining of the total amount will not be reimbursed. General Conditions Requirements: • EnjoyingBA can only rent out its apartments to clients 21 years old and over. • Unfortunately we cannot rent properties to tenants who wish to travel with pets. • The use of the property with a number of people higher than the maximum capacity allowed will immediately breach the contract and the tenants will be requested to leave the premises. • The check-in time of the apartments is 3:00 P.M. and checkout is 12:00 P.M. In the case of availability, EnjoyingBA offers the possibility of checking in or out before or after the scheduled times by paying 50% of the daily rate of the property on the date in question. • The confirmation of the reservation determines the complete acceptance of the administrative terms and conditions.
