The home is perched on top of a mountain with spectacular views! The home is two levels with 3 bedrooms and two living areas. Enjoy the star swept skies from the hot tub. This home has central air conditioning. Only 20 minutes to all of the Bozeman attractions.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This 3 bedroom home is located between Bozeman and Livingston. It has gorgeous views of the mountains from the living room and outside deck.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS: The home has 3 bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and its own private bathroom. The master bathroom has a granite shower and a deep soaking tub. There is a half bath on the main floor off the dining room. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs and share a bathroom in the hallway. One has a full sized bed and the second one has two twins. There are also 2 futons in the TV room for more sleeping accommodations.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room. It is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to prepare your meals.

DINING AREA: There?s a dining table that will seat six comfortably. Just a few feet away is the kitchen bar, which seats two. There is also a deck off the dining room with a gas grill and outdoor seating.

LIVING ROOM: The living room has a gorgeous stone fireplace and large windows so you can sit and take in the views. There are two love seats and two comfortable chairs that surround the TV, with satellite and a DVD player.

FAMILY ROOM: Downstairs there is a family area with two futons, a television, and table for four. Just out the patio doors is the outdoor hot tub.

SETTING, ACREAGE, AND VIEWS: It?s quite a climb on the road to this little cabin, but well worth it for the views. You?ll want to drive around the neighborhood a bit, as there is plenty of wildlife in the area.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A small patio just off the upstairs living area is a very special spot to enjoy an outdoor meal. There is a small dining table and gas grill. From the walk out basement there are a few more chairs and a hot tub.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Hiking, fishing, horseback riding, white-water rafting and all that Bozeman and Livingston have to offer. There is also great mountain biking right on the roads near the home. Yellowstone Park is about an hour and a half from the home. There's so much to do!

CLOSEST TOWN AND AIRPORT: Fourteen miles (about a twenty minute drive) to Bozeman's Main Street and just a few miles further to Livingston. Bozeman's Gallatin Field is about a thirty minute drive away.
