Studio apartment 4 blocks from the Ocean Park beach, located in a residential street. The adjacent Loiza Street has restaurants, shops, supermarkets and access to buses to take you to Old San Juan, Isla Verde, etc. You can easily walk to Condado Center.
The apartment is a freestanding structure on a property that houses other apartments that we live/ manage. The apartment is completely equipped, it has a full size bed and a sofa-bed. The kitchen includes all essentials, we provide the coffee and sugar. We include beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler for you to take to the beach. We also provide WIFI, TV and DVD player.

Cancellation Policy:
If notice is received within at least thirty (30) days, the Deposit shall be returned. If there is less than thirty (30) days notice deposit
shall be retained unless the apt is rented. If Landlord cannot rent the unit, Landlord shall retain the deposit. There are NO EARLY
DEPARTURE REFUNDS.
