This is a new rental listing in one of the best complexes in Seagrove Beach! These units book up fast because they provide access to beautiful pools and grounds, a quick walk to the beach, and great rates. Beachwood Villas is one of the best bargains in Seagrove and this unit is a steal! The complex has 2 beautifully maintained pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and a toddler playground all within a minute or two of this unit for the exclusive use of Beachwood Villa guests. The grounds are beautiful!
This condominium has great layout for families looking for a relaxing getaway. There's a queen bed in the Master, 2 twin beds in bedroom #1, a queen bed in bedroom #2, and a comfy queen pull-out sofa. 8 people can sleep comfortably. You can catch a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony, and the complex has charcoal grills and picnic areas for your use.
Seagrove Beach is a great vacation spot for everyone - adults and kids! The beach is gorgeous (access is directly across the street.) Aside from walking on the beach or playing in the pool, Seagrove offers lots of activities including biking, kayaking, shopping, and wonderful local restaurants. The bike path along Scenic Hwy 30A runs directly in front of the building, and Seaside is only one and one-half miles away.
There are also lots of things to do with your kids - Seaside amphitheater is a great place for the kids to run around or toss a Frisbee while you enjoy a yummy homemade snack from the various eateries. Your kids can enjoy the refreshing fountains of Seacrest Beach while you relax on a bench or walk around the shops, and the unique shops of Rosemary Beach are just a few steps away. Destin Commons is a nice place to shop (for Mom and Dad), and there's a fun play area for the kids to play - they can stay dry playing on the slides or they can get wet in the fountains! Sandestin Wharf is full of great restaurants and shops and there's a HUGE playground fun for kids of all ages (even mom's and dad's!)
