A dramatically lit circular staircase leads to the 3rd floor apartment itself. The apartment is light-filled and luminous. The 4 bedroom apartment is perfect for a large family, two couples, or two couples plus 2 singles (but why not just a couple!). Picture a spacious living area with a windowed atrium for dining. The 3 sided-windows punctuated by classical stone pillars offer 180 degree views of the palazzo gardens, the Venetian tiled roof-tops,and elegant domes. In addition, there is a large, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, two master bedrooms, 2 singles, and two full baths with tubs and showers, spread between two levels of this elegant, luminous duplex. The bathrooms are marble-tiled and modern. The upper Master offers a lovely balcony, with a table and chairs, which runs along nearly all of the length of the floor.

The Palazzo is beautifully located a hundred meters from the Grand Canal and the Ponte Scazzi, with easy access to the water bus and to the train station. Venice is a city for walking, and this apartment is a stroll away from the many famous sites of Venice. Walk out the door and follow signs to the Rialto, to San Marco’s magnificent Piazza, to the Accademia. Or hop on a water bus, a water taxi, or the most romantic, a Gondola.
