Villa Elegance is an ideal place to stay, very private and luxurious within the estate yet in the middle of all the action. A super holiday awaits. Being just 1km from Bang Tao Beach and within two minutes of the exclusive Laguna Estate with its facilities such as the world famous Banyan Tree Spa and Laguna Phuket Golf Club, this is a convenient location. Within a ten-minute walk, you can visit a commercial park with a Tesco Lotus Express shopping mall and a MacDonald’s. Within a twenty-minute drive, you can also visit Patong with its vast array of amenities.

Bedrooms
Villa Elegance has a luxury choice of three bedrooms, all en-suite, with a careful mix of modern Thai and western chic. Wooden floors add a homely feel and the master bedroom must be one of the finest on the island, perched as it is on the end of a long ceramic pool. Enjoy. Two of the bedrooms have double beds while the third bedroom has two single beds.

Bathrooms
Villa Elegance’s luxury bathrooms are all marble and colourful local ceramics, beautifully designed for all your grooming needs, with hot water provided by the villa’s power showers. There are two sunken bathtubs in the bathrooms, which provide perfect soak options after a hot day visiting all those Phuket tourist attractions.

Kitchen
Budding chefs won’t be disappointed with Villa 19’s spacious open-plan kitchen. Every modern convenience has been included to help you impress both guests and family alike. Lots of black marble work space means you can cater for parties if you so wish. The list of modern appliances includes an oven, grill, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities and a four-ring stovetop.

Living Room
Villa Elegance’s living area is tropical style personified - high ceilings have fans twirling for your comfort as you lounge on the elegant deep sofas. French windows open to both the pool and terrace. Take advantage of the comfortable settee and watch some international channels on the large flat-screen TV.

Dining Room
The elegant dining room is just beyond the villa’s kitchen. Seating is for eight with matching tableware and equally luxurious glassware to give every occasion a touch of Thai hospitality.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.
