There is an open gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are 5 bar stools that sit up to the kitchen breakfast bar. The dining room has seating for 10. The living room is appointed with leather furniture, a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows facing the San Sophia mountain range. There is a private deck off the living room with lounge furniture and BBQ grill. Down the hall from the living room is the laundry room and access to the back deck with a private hot tub.
Continuing down the hall you will find three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with private balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower only. The other two bedrooms also have queen beds and share a full bathroom that is located off the hallway.

Easy ski access is available from the back door of the home via an established ski trail of about 200 yards to the Lower Village Bypass ski run.
