This four-level 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath deluxe townhome features an open living area with an additional den/family room, and is only four blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen.

The top-floor master suite features a King-size bed, air conditioning, a walk-in closet, flatscreen TV, a Sony DVD player, a JVC stereo with CD, wireless internet and a telephone. The master bathroom features double vanities, a steam shower and jetted tub, and a steamer/heat lamp.

The 2nd floor living area features a family room/den with a flatscreen TV, wraparound sofa, an HP Office Jet All-In-One printer/copier, wireless internet and a powder room. The main living area features a 6-person sectional sofa, air conditioning, a wood-burning fireplace, flatscreen TV with a Sony DVD player, a Sony component stereo with a 5-disc CD changer, a Bose IPod station, a window sitting area, a formal dining area that seats eight people, and a deck with a large back yard and a Weber barbecue grill.

The first (ground) floor features two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom with a shower and a heat lamp. Bedding is queen (2nd guest) and two full beds (3rd guest). There is also a spacious mud/entry area and a full laundry room with a washer, dryer and basin.

The basement-level features the guest master suite, which has it's own entry and guest master bathroom with marble countertops, a steam shower, dual vanities, and a jetted tub. The guest master also features a flatscreen TV and DVD player, and a full-size pullout sofa that can accommodate two more guest, for a total of 10!
