This double-story detached villa isa two-minute walking distance to nearby Bang Tao Beach where you can watch the local fishermen repair their nets before the evening tide. This part of the Andaman Coast has several beaches within easy reach and the crystal clear waters are world famous.The villa’s ground floor has a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining room. Black marble counter tops provide lots of work space in this elegant natural wood kitchen.

The diningroom table is set for eight and looks out to the terrace and pool. The villa’s living roomstretches the length of the pool with off white sofas and Thai object d’art providing an elegant contemporary ambience.

Upstairs, the well finished three double bedrooms provide a good night’s sleep for guestsafter a hard day at the beach. The design concept throughout this villa is modern Thai. Location
This part of the Central West Coast is ideal for holidaymakers and both Bang Tao and Surin beaches are within short walking distance from the villa. A five minute drive takes you to hidden Laem Singh Beach, perfect for a water front lunch. A new shopping plaza with a Tesco store and MacDonald’s is behind Surin Beach. This area is laid back but exclusive too with the famous Anampuri Resort is just round the corner.

Within a ten-minute drive, you can visit the excellent Laguna Phuket Golf course or Phuket Fantasea in Kamala, which is one of Phuket’s most popular tourist attractions. If you fancy a bit of hedonism, then a drive to Patong will only take 20 minutes.

Bedrooms
All Villa DuayGan’s three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, modern Thai chic throughout and very well appointed with nice local Thai touches. Two of the bedrooms have double beds while the third has two single beds. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The dark wooden floors in the bedrooms add a certain amount of elegance and class to the property.

Bathrooms
Villa DuayGan’s three bathrooms are all ensuite and beautifully designed with attractive ceramics, marble features and piping hot water for a power shower after a hard day at the beach. All bathrooms have showers, toilets and wash basins. The Master bedroom also has a great sunken bathtub, which is ideal for a soak on those hot and humid days.

Kitchen
A very spacious layout gives Villa DuayGan’s kitchen a modern feel with its all black marble tops with a natural wood finish kitchen.Those preparing delicious local fare for indoor or terrace dining won’t feel left out as the kitchen opens to the equally spacious dining room. The modern appliances include an oven, microwave, four-ring stovetop and tea and coffee making facilities.

Living Room
Stretching the whole length of Villa DuayGan’s pool with great garden and pool views, this space has all you need for relaxing Phuket style, and ideal for catching a movie or enjoying the glimmering blue water. With a luxurious white settee, a large flat-screen TVs, satellite systems and a DVD player, you can sit back, relax and enjoy yourself.

The Dining Room
Being separated from the living room, but adjacent to the open-plan kitchen, makes this living area the perfect spot for entertaining at home. The 8-seat dining table provides great views out towards the swimming pool.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.
