Great views. comfortable. well appointed Issues with the pools A guest from Bloomfield, CT recommends this property. Stayed for 30 days in March, 2013 Property was empty for awhile before our arrival and because of that there was a layer of dust on every surface. The first week there were a few issues that had to addressed and were rectified. The pool was supposed to be heated but was not. The jacuzzi had an oily scumb on the surface that I reported to the surf club office. Nothing was done. The views are the best! Great sunrises& sun sets. Comfortable bedsKitchen had almost everything you will need. February 2013 in Surf Club III 708 A guest from West Bloomfield, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 27 days in February, 2013 We enjoyed all the amenities of Surf Club... Had some trouble with the WiFi in our unit, but VRP sent someone to remedy it. Kitchen floor tile was held together with masking tape!(A repair that should have been taken care of before our arrival or at least we should have been notified of its condition.) Also we did not have a key fob for entry into the pools and workout areas, that was a major error by someone, not ours. The entry door lock stopped working about the middle of the month and we could not get into the condo,VRP sent a nice man out and fixed it but had to crawl through the bedroom window to repair it. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes, etc. Loved the view, but the windows were so dirty that we had to wash them ourselves the first day. An excellent location in Florida -so many natural areas and parks to explore! We loved the atmosphere. Very quiet and peaceful; we would love to return next year, but the price increase quoted is beyond reasonable. Surf club rental Ross D. from Springboro, Ohio recommends this property. Stayed for 60 days in February, 2012 We had a lot of problems with Vacation Rental. Condo had no notice of our arrival, the lockbox didn't work, the condo had not been cleaned, no phone was available, and a realtor made an unplanned entry to the unit without our knowledge. I will never use Vacation Rental Pros again, nor will I recommend then to friends !!
