Two air-conditioned bedrooms, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen, security box, and a large balcony where you can sip your favorite cocktail and watch the sun fall into the sea.

24-hour electricity, security and private parking. Laundry service available on property.

The property is gated and a watchman is on duty at night, both to insure the privacy of the residents.

A casino is being constructed approximately one block away. The gym on 3rd floor and disco on 1st floor are in operation. Also nearby is the Jewish Museum are records of the Jews who fled Hitler and established the community that is now Sosua.

50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Weekly prices include one maid service. Additional maid service available for $8 for each 1-2 hour cleaning. Prices do not include electricity. Security deposit required and can be paid at time of check in. Amount: 1-2 weeks, $100; 2-4 weeks, $150; 1 month, $200; 1-3 month, $300; 3-6 months, $500; 6-12 months, one month rent. Deposit will be refunded if possible at time of check out.
