This location is a short walk from the clubhouse for The Legend and Summit golf courses.
In the winter just walk across the parking lot and you're ready to ski at Summit or board the shuttle to Schuss Mountain. Downhill skiers and snow boarders will enjoy the free shuttle to the Schuss Mountain which runs every 15 minutes all day. It's a 5 minute ride.
Rent a Snowmobile on site by the hour, 1/2 day, or day and snowmobile the Jordan Valley Trail snowmobile trail.

The Indoor pool and Jacuzzi hot-tub are located at the Lakeview Hotel next door to the condo. Outdoor jacuzzi hot-tub and change room is available to guests at Schuss Mountain Hotel(5 minute drive).
All our summer guests have free use of the Summit Village Beach Club on Lake Bellaire (about 5 minute drive from the condo). It has a nice sandy beach, playground, charcoal grills, and is next to a public boat launch.

A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to check-in
Terms and Conditions:
You are about to reserve Windcliff Condo Unit 678. When you reserve and pay online your date will automatically be blocked off on the availability calendar and no one else can reserve your nights.
A $10 booking fee is added to each reservation.
It is a studio unit, 400 square feet, which sleeps 4 with a queen bed and full size sofa sleeper.
Monthly rates are available upon request after calling 989-278-8155.
Linens and Towels are provided, and the unit is equipped for extended stays with a kitchenette, place settings for 4 and cooking utensils.
The room is equipped to sleep a maximum of 4 people. By paying the quoted rate the purchaser agrees to occupy the room with a maximum of 4 persons.
This is a no smoking and no pets unit. By paying the quoted rate the purchaser agrees to not smoke in the unit and not have pets in the unit.
For monthly rentals a security deposit will be required. The security deposit will be used to cover any damaged items and/or extra cleaning costs required after check-out, it will be refunded by mail within 7 days of the conclusion of your stay.
You will receive email confirmation once your payment is made. Within 24 hours you will receive a second email confirmation with lockbox code, GPS directions, and emergency contact phone numbers. (For same day checkin call 989-278-8155 or text 989-335-1073 for checkin info)
This is a private condo at the Shanty Creek Resort and you will not be checking in at the resort check-in.
Credit card payments are processed through paypal.com. If you have any problems getting your credit card processed contact Tom Welscott (989-278-8155/cell-989-335-1073) for an email invoice which can be paid with VISA/MC/DISCOVER.
