Unique home with peaceful views of the Gulf from the living/dining/kitchen and three bedrooms. Features top level suite with sitting room, bath, wet bar with fridge, telescope and private deck. Spacious modern kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters with bar, pantry and tiled floors. Master bath has his-and-her sinks with shower and large garden tub, two other bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with separate wash areas. Surround sound stereo and multiple TVs/DVDs/VCRs including a large screen TV in main living area and large video library. Additional amenities include a Gulf side master screened porch with wicker furniture, covered deck with safety gate and ceiling fans throughout. Landscaped back yard with private pool, hot tub and large pool deck that offers sun and shaded picnic table and fire pit with bench seating. Only a brief walk to the beach from this corner lot that adjoins the bicycle path. Up to two adult dogs under 30 lbs. are welcome, no cats please.

Office Hours: Our office is open 7 days a week year-round from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST except for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Days. Our Reservations Department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you. During the months of June and July, our office is open until 6:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Check-In and Out: Please plan your vacation accordingly as we need time to prepare your vacation home for you. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm year round and in High Season, we guarantee it by 6:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00 am.

All Inclusive Pricing: Because price is important, and while other companies are piling on extra fees, we have made it simple. Our goal is to save you time and money by offering all inclusive pricing. Simply put, you pay the advertised rate plus state and local taxes with no additional fees except optional selections such as pool heat or use of an elevator.

Travel Insurance: Your reservation includes travel insurance.

Keyless Entry: We are proud to provide keyless entry into nearly all of the vacation homes on our program. By submitting full payment as scheduled and completing the required paperwork as requested, you can receive a key code to your home and bypass the potential lines at the Check-In Center. It's convenient as you head home too, because there are no keys to return.

Complimentary Linens: Do not worry about packing linens and towels; we have provided them for you at no extra charge. Arrive at your vacation home to find your beds freshly made and a set of bath towels folded neatly on each bed for every person in your party.

Free Long Distance Calls: You can call almost anywhere in the world free of charge from your vacation home.

Little Touches Make a Big Difference: Our properties offer all of the comforts of home with a little extra. We are pleased to provide you with a starter supply of garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, hand soap and coffee filters.

How to Make a Reservation: Browse our website or request a vacation planner on our website to get an idea of the kind of property or properties that will best suit your needs. Once you have made a list of possibilities, reservations can be made online or please call our office and one of our Reservation Specialists will be happy to assist you in making a final selection.

Confirming a Tentative Reservation: Within 10 days of booking, reservations made in advance require 25% of the total rent due to confirm your reservation. A second payment of 25% is due 90 days prior to arrival with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We have several methods for payment: By postal service, we accept your personal check, money order or cashier's check. Payment can be made online with a "web check" which is a personal check submitted electronically through a secure site. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover online with a convenience fee of $30. For last minute reservations made less than 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is due within 48 hours of booking. The payment method is the same as described above except that payment made through the postal service must be sent via an overnight carrier.
