Nice Property. Good Experience. A guest from Weirton, WV recommends this property. Stayed for 26 days in March, 2013 Our experience at this condo was very good.We had a couple of minor problems/questions when we first arrived, but the property manager was very prompt and very helpful in taking care if these.The condo was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly.I would have preferred use of the pool at the main clubhouse, but use of the pool nearby was OK. We also would have preferred it if a couple of lounge chairs and beach chairs would have been provided, otherwise the condo was very well equipped.We enjoyed watching two ospreys build a nest outside the condo.Would consider staying here again if circumstances permit. Our stay during the month of March 2012 John J. from Morin Heights, Quebec recommends this property. Stayed for 31 days in March, 2012 We had a couple of maintenance issues on arrival with the AC control and the carpets but these were quickly and effeciently dealt with by the management company maintenance team.The condo amenities and overall equipment were beyond our expectations. As a former condo owner it was almost like living in our own unit. Everytime we looked for something it was there. Only suggestion we have is that the master bedroom could use updated furnitiure and decor including blinds and the closet sliding doors in the master bedroom and the folding door in the guest bed room need repair.Would also be helpful to program channel programming guide on the main TV in the living room. Our visit to unit 336 John S. from Sea Isle City, NJ recommends this property. Stayed for 29 days in February, 2012 The property is older, but in very good condition. Kitchen was very well appointed. Living room furniture comfortable. Golf view very very nice with nice outside patio and chairs. Area pool and library very nice and close to unit. All appliances are updated and work very well. Everything we needed was there. Suggestions for improvement include : The sliding mirror doors in the master bedroom do not move easily. The floor channels need to be replaced. The carpet could have been cleaned. There are no clubhouse priveliges included with the unit. There was no book of instructions including general information on the unit and its equipment, area information and other useful information organized in an easy to use fashion. There was a box containing a few maps and restaurant information, and some other stuff. A downside to the gulf coures is the frequent sound of lawn movers and other grooming equipment. Another downside was the noise of the pumps being used to clean the tile roofs of the condos. New furniture required - get it updated before renting again! Laura D. from Tillsonburg, Ontario does not recommend this property. Stayed for 23 days in February, 2011 We arrived to find the water was turned off and that cockroaches and gecko's had been living there. The placed stunk - damp and moldy. We stayed in a hotel for the first night, compliments of Vacation Rental Pro's. The furniture had no cushion left and desperately needed cleaned or replaced along with the oven and dishwasher who's racks are rusting. We replaced the seriously stained bed pillows in both bedrooms with the help of the property manager, he had the rugs shampoo'd and the cleaners in 3 times to bring it to a reasonable condition. I washed every dish and all the silverware in the kitchen - covered in gecko and cockroach feces. Vacation Rental Pro's has a "sparkling clean guarantee". I was told by the owner Steve if we vacated we forfeited our $3k!! I believe he broke the contract by breaking the guarantee! All we were compensated for were the pillows and an additional cleaning. Never mind the clean up I did when the fridge leaked water everywhere and then the under sink garburator leaked. The property manager had the fridge and garburator fixed - but that's not the point!Just a terrible experience!We feel we should be compensated for at least one of the four weeks for all of the inconveniences which occurred!
