This peaceful little oceanfront gem on 2/3 acre is situated a slow 20 minute drive outside Metropolitan Halifax right along the scenic Lighthouse Route leading to world famous Peggy's Cove (15 minutes away) and yet is about as peaceful and quiet as you can imagine.
We have wi-fi internet access. ALL PRICES ARE TAX INCLUDED.
We are open year round,the hot tub tub goes year round as well. Sit outside on the over sized back deck in your very own private 6 seater hot tub while overlooking the breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. This property is a 2 Bedroom oceanfront home renovated in 2006. Properties in this rural area are at least one acre+ in size which ensures a quiet environment. The back deck overlooks a stunning vista of the Atlantic Ocean perched high on a hill.

This unit is the top floor approx. 1,200 sq. ft. open concept with
us (the empty nest owners) in the finished basement below and we

The front entrance goes into a small vestibule area. From there you will go through your own locked door to the entire top floor. We take a set of stairs winding around to our own locked entrance to the basement below. We only have windows to the side and front of the house. All the top floor is geared toward the back so we cannot see anything that you will be doing outside. That's where back deck is, hot tub, BBQ, view of the ocean, sliding door from the kitchen is etc. We can't see or hear anything you do outside when we are home.
This is our house and is completely stocked with everything. There are 2 kayaks to use but only if a waiver is signed. Visit world famous Peggy's Cove only 15 minutes away as you drive by quaint fishing villages along the way. There's never a shortage of unique places to visit including the Bay of Fundy with the world's highest tides. During June, July, and August we tend to
give weekly renters the priority.

About 1.5 hours to the World Heritage site - the city of Lunenburg
12 minutes to stunning Peggy's Cove. About 2 hours to the Bay of Fundy, home to the highest tides in the world. 4 hours to Cape Breton
which National Geographic as one the top most unspoiled and beautiful places on earth. Prince Edward Island is about 3 hours away. You need to cross the massive 16 km bridge to get there.
