Loggers Landing is a gorgeous custom built log cabin home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths located in Huntington Lake and is walking distance to the lake, Rancheria Marina and the town of Lakeshore. Pride of ownership is evident as soon as you pull in to the driveway of this beautiful mountain retreat! The kitchen features granite counter tops, jenn air oven and gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The kitchen bar will seat up to 5 people and a custom dining table that seats up to 10 people. The spacious living room features a large wrap around couch along with a TV, DVD and VCR. The laundry room comes complete with a washer and dryer and takes you out to an open patio that includes an outdoor dining table that seats up to 4 people along with a propane BBQ. The master bedroom downstairs includes a queen size bed with a bathroom and a walk in shower and custom tile that gives you the feel of a large mountain resort. The upstairs includes 2 bedrooms plus a loft. The first bedroom features a queen size bed. The second bedroom features a double bed complete with TV and DVD player. The loft features two double beds that overlook the beautiful living down below. The upstairs also includes a Jack and Jill bathroom complete with a large walk in shower, custom tile and granite counter tops. The Loggers Landing cabin is located in a quiet cul-da-sac and has parking for up to 3 cars. This beautiful custom built log home is located 2 miles from China Peak.
