The south west aspect guarantees sunshine for nearly all of the day. The pool and spa are solar heated with further heating available for the spa. Rotonda West has four golf courses literally within walking distance and the area boasts a further 20 or so excellent courses. Magnificent white sanded beaches are 15 minutes drive away that cater for all watersports and fishing. If thats not enough for you Port Charlotte, Englewood and further afield to Fort Myers have excellent shopping malls. The area also has adventure and theme parks plus Rotonda's own family area.
