Great time at Waipouli Beach Resort Timothy O. from Rocky River, OH recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in April, 2016 Very convenient location and lovely appointed condo. It was central to all the activities we planned for our stay on the island of Kauai.
View from unit is one of the best in the resort A guest from East Fairfield, VT recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in March, 2016 The condo looked exactly like the website pictures. In fact they don't do it justice. Unobstructed ocean views from every room. The furniture is like new and the beds were comfortable. It has everything you need to feel at home. Some negatives; when we left the doors open at night we could occasionally hear banging of dishes from the restaurant; the tiles on the balcony floor are crumbling, but the unit next to ours was in the same shape so that may be a resort issue; and my biggest pet peeve, no full length mirror. Despite these few downfalls, it was still a wonderful unit to stay in.The pool is perfect for kids. The ocean was rough, but still swimmable. Bring water shoes as the beach/ocean is rocky. Resort location is perfect for exploring the island.Remax Kauai was wonderful to work with. Friendly and professional.
Waipouli Winter Home A guest from San Diego, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 92 days in December, 2015 The property was in a perfect location, on a gorgeous beach with regular views of whales from the veranda. Nearby shopping, restaurants and recreational activities were a bonus as was the especially beautiful landscaping on property.
Waipouli Beach A404 A guest from West Hils, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in June, 2015 Just returned from our trip to Kauai and Oahu and we stayed in unit A404 for 5 nights. Absolutely loved the condo we stayed in. Being able to open the sliding glass doors and hear the ocean right in front of our unit was just amazing. The unit was well stocked with everything you would need during a stay. The property was beautifully landscaped and was extremely close to shopping and restaurants. My kids loved the pools! We saw monk seals on the beach each day. I can't wait to come back here again! Had an amazing vacation!
5 weeks in Paradise Tom Q. from Afton, OK recommends this property.
Stayed for 1 days in February, 2015 We rented unit A404 with a fabulous direct ocean view of the east coast of Kauai. Our second extended stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. This unit is nicely equipped and I would stay there again. The only thing I would change is the linens in the second bedroom were paper thin and it would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms for those warm days and evenings. Most nights we opened the doors for the sounds of the ocean and cool breezes. Tamee and Angela were very helpful with REMax Kauai. WE chose this property because of our extended stay and its location. We love the beaches but because of winter weather we sometimes went north for the day or south depending on cloud cover and rain. This location puts all beaches within about 45 minutes. The property has a fantastic pool area, workout center and a nice stretch of sandy beach, although not really swimmable. Only warning is traffic on the island even in winter is getting frustrating and some days there were no seats available at the pool which we rarely used. We will definitely return. Tom
Lovely stay A guest from Livermore, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in October, 2014 We had a lovely, relaxing stay in unit A 404. Huge kitchen to prepare meals, plenty of room for 4-6 people. View and sound of the ocean was breathtaking. Kitchen floor dirty, needed to clean on our arrival and outside stucco on building peeling off. But overall the stay way very nice and would stay again!
Peaceful, Refreshing, Memorable! Tyler V. from Hyrum, UT recommends this property.
Stayed for 8 days in September, 2014 My wife and I spent our 15th anniversary here. It was the perfect place for us. Being on the 4th floor, we never once heard a rooster. And the vaulted ceilings were a plus. My wife has many food allergies and so we needed to be able to cook while on vacation. The drawers were organized better than any I've seen. The appliances all worked very well. The grills by the pool deck have almost no pressure and I don't recommend that you cook anything except thinly sliced fish. After an hour of trying to cook filet mignon we finally ended up cooking it in a pan on the stove top. We ate every meal at the table on the balcony. Every morning we watching the sunrise from one of the three balconies. It was wonderful being able to watch the waves crash on the beach from any room. The furniture was comfortable. There was plenty of space. And we actually ventured out and did some snorkeling right next to the resort. (Tunnels and Annini are way better, by the way). We even grabbed 2 of the few chairs on the beach and relaxed with a good book on a Sunday afternoon. We always felt safe at the resort and there is a security guard that keeps watch all around the resort. This was a great time of year to visit Kauai. There were very few people in the pool. It's nice to be able to go from the beach to the pool and back again. My wife swims several times a week and absolutely loved this pool. It was everything we had hoped for in a vacation rental. We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it highly to anyone. We were able to wash the salt off our scuba equipment in the powder room shower and leave them in there to dry. We took an evening boat tour, a helicopter tour, and 2 scuba diving tours while we were here. It was the perfect place - not too far for a drive to Waimea Canyon in the morning and not too far to get to Tunnels Beach by 8 a.m. near the north end of the road. Can't wait to visit again.
Fabulous unit in an excellent resort A guest from San Mateo, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in August, 2014 This unit is in an ideal location within the resort, with an great view of the beach and ocean and still very close to the pool. Having two double beds in the second bedroom is a nice bonus, so two kids can each have their own bed. The resort is in an excellent location on the island, close to shopping and restaurants, while being a short drive to both the north and south island resort areas. If you're the type who likes to get out and do stuff on your vacation, it's a good place to be. The pool is also gorgeous, with several waterfalls, two waterslides, a sand-bottomed area for the kids, etc. Hawaiian monk seals spent the day resting on the beach right outside our unit. The beach isn't particularly swimmable, but a strong swimmer can get out there when it's relatively calm. Not a beach for kids, though. My only complaint is that the resort is fairly overzealous with their pool rules. Not just keeping people safe like no stopping or climbing on waterslides, but also no floaties, balls, jumping, etc. Everybody still had fun, of course, but it detracted a little from the experience.
Love it here! A guest from San Ramon, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 9 days in July, 2014 We have stayed in this unit in the past and have never been disappointed. The view is amazing, the condo is spacious and comfortable, and the property is top notch. The only thing I would suggest after this visit is the couch could use cleaning, it seems to be slightly overdue. Other than that I have no complaints and am looking forward to coming back again next year.
Great Stay at Kauai at Waipouli Beach Resort A guest from Missouri City, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in May, 2014 My husband and I stayed here this past May. The condo was very clean and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is very convenient and we definitely would stay here again and recommend this unit for other travelers interested in a great condo, wonderful resort property and location that is convenient to both the north and south/west of Kauai.
Our stay in Kapaa Joel U. from Rochester, MN recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in May, 2014 Overall, this was a very nice location, amenities were very nice, the property had everything we needed. The only issue we had was there was a little confusion when we extended our stay by one day. A new access code was sent out that listed the total duration period we would be at the property and gave us our access code. Unfortunately, the code did not work and we had arrived late on a Saturday. The local property manager/security staff was as helpful as they could be, and once we finally got ahold of our Remax contact we got the issue resolved. The unit was still programmed with the initial access code for the first 5 days and the new code was only effective for the last day, that was not clear, but once it was resolved, all was great. And the Remax contact was very helpful and checked back with us after we finally got ahold of them.
Great stay on Kauai Brian V. from Airdrie, Alta recommends this property.
Stayed for 11 days in March, 2014 As two retired couples, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Location was everything for us and having it topped up with unobstructed ocean views, fantastic resort accommodations, cooking our own meals and walking access to a multitude of great restaurants and walking paths, made this one of the best vacations.
Great Condo; Great Location; Great Vacation randall m. from phoenix, AZ recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in February, 2014 Our selection of this property turned out to be the perfect choice. The management company was easy to work with. Setting up the rental agreement was a breeze. The company provided good instructions pertaining to the condo and complex. Upon arrival, we were truly impressed with the condo. First is the view; great, unobstructed ocean view from each room. The unit was in like new conditon, finished very nicely, well equiped, and very clean. I can't attest to the management company's response ability to respond to problems because we had no reason to contact them for anything. The facilities pool and hot tubes were very nice. The grounds and beach area were well groomed and beautiful. Although the facility appeared to be full, we never felt crowded. The resort is located at a very convient part of the island. We were able to walk to numerous restaurants; grocery and shops. It was easy to get get to both ends of the island form this central, Kapaa location. I would definately recommend this condo and this resort to anyone traveling to Kaui. Mnay thanks to the condo owner and management company for maintaing such a nice place!

Stayed for 7 days in February, 2014 Recommend that owner's office be open after 5:00 pm so guests can print boarding passes after a day of activity. We really enjoyed our stay!
Wonderful accommodations in Kauai! A guest from Unionville, CT recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in July, 2013 All six of us (including two children) enjoyed our week-long stay in A-404 tremendously. The condo is beautiful and perfectly equipped. The highlight of the unit is certainly the gorgeous views! We enjoyed eating breakfast and a few dinners on the lanai watching and listening to the surf). Our kids LOVED the pools, water slides, lazy river and waterfalls. As others have mentioned, the condo is in a convenient location for shopping, restaurants, etc. Although the beach at the condo is not good for swimming, the nearby Lydgate State Park is perfect for children and provided some good snorkeling for beginners. Local restaurants in Kapaa we enjoyed included: Verde (mexican) and Chicken in a Barrel (BBQ), the Hukilau Lanai, as well as the shave ice at Hee Fat General Store. The luau and show at Smith's Tropical Paradise was great too.
Vacation of a Lifetime Rebecca R. from Elkhart, IN recommends this property.
Stayed for 12 days in July, 2013 Easy process and beautiful accommodations! Stones throw from the beach; the balconies had amazing views and we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean! We even watched sea turtles swim on the beach in front of our location. Enjoyed every minute.

Stayed for 7 days in February, 2013 Great view, rocky shore not good for swiming, had lots of wind during our stay or would have tried snorkeling, pool was awesome, hot tub with sand bottom new experience felt terrific. Dining on site good food but prices compared to Beach House. Safeway right across the street real handy, overall a good stay and time
Wonderful Family Vacation A guest from Chualar, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 6 days in February, 2013 There were 6 of us, including two small children, and the condo worked out perfectly. We had a beautiful ocean view, the kids loved the water slides and hot tubs, ate at Oasis on the Beach one night, it was very good. All in all, a great trip. I would mention that food/produce at the grocery stores is much more expensive that we were used to paying ($4.00 for a small head of 'old' lettuce), but still cheaper than going out to a restaurant every day. Maybe because it was overcast and windy a good portion of the time, it would have been nice to have the water temperature in the pool a little higher.
Best on Kauai William W. from Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in September, 2012 Excellent, we were very pleased with Waipouli Resort & Condos. The best we have seen in the islands.
A 404 What's not to love?! A guest from Loganville, GA recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 Beautiful, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location can't be beat. Having an ocean front unit was one of the best parts of our vacation.
Great location, super pool for kids and WOW view! Yvonne F. from Spruce Grove, AB recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in February, 2012 we had a fantastic stay (besides some rain). Really appreciate the high end appliances and variety of pots/utentils etc in the kitchen. The bedding could use an update (duvets would be really nice). The 2 double beds are not great. Thanks for the cooler/chairs and boogie board. Nice touch! Would be nice to know the cost to have cleaning mid week... may go for that in the future.
Waipoli and Remax are tops. A guest from Walnut Creek, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 14 days in January, 2012 We again had a very enjoyable stay. Particularly grateful to the Remax Kapaa office for taking prompt care of every little concern we had.And to the Waipoli manager and staff for beyond-the call-of duty help with our luggage.
Amazing! By far the best place to stay in Kauai! Spectacular ocean front location, great pool with waterslides (even fun for t Leslie G. from San Ramon, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in April, 2011 My one and ONLY complaint was the shower. It needs a new shower head... other than that, perfect!
