The Gulf Side boasts a 5,000 sq. ft. gulf front lagoon style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, and bbq grills all with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Bay Side shines with its 700 ft lazy river, central pool with waterfall, two oversized hot tubs, and bbq grills, all with a view of the Choctawhatchee Bay and a skywalk to the beach. Both Gulf Side and Bay Side have limited covered parking.
DW301 is a third floor, straight gulf front 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus bunkroom. This unit sleeps 8 and has a King in the master bedroom, Queen in the guest bedroom, 2 Twins (bunk bed) in the bunkroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 4 TVs, 3 VCRs, 3 DVDs, stereo, and washer and dryer located in the unit. This unit has wireless internet, a virtual tour, and welcomes monthly rentals. This unit now offers complementary beach service in season. This includes 2 chairs and an umbrella for each day excluding departure!
