Vacation Cottage Rental Description:
Secluded direct lakefront (no road between the cottage and lake)cottage facing west from Roches Point onto Cooks Bay Lake Simcoe. The living room is only 15' from the waters edge.. you can hear the water day and night. Close to shopping, theatre, golf, restaurants, doctors. The cottage is close to both the Orchard Beach Restaurant, the Georgina Ice Palace and all the amenities of being at home.Private sand beach (safe for kids as it slopes out gradually)with dock. Boat rentals close by. Fish, ski, skinny dip or relax from the dock. Wireless internet and cable tv are included. We are 45 minutes from Toronto, 1 hour from Toronto's Pearson Airport and 20 minutes from Newmarket. Propane for the bbq is included.
