Overall Property Description:
Lovely villa, with panoramic views, standing on the hills of the Valdichiana in a strategic position for visits to the tuscan towns. From the villa there are lovely views across the valley below up to the ancient town of Lucignano renowned for its medieval town plan which is amongst the most interesting in Southern Tuscany. There is a large garden around the house shaded by tall trees and olives to one side of which is an oak wood with shady pathways meandering through it. At one side of the garden a 6x12m pool (depth 1,50m) with outdoor furniture, barbecue and umbrellas, and a five a side and volleyball field and two bikes.
