There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed. A sliding glass door gives you access to the fabulous flagstone patio and lovely outdoor area. There is a full bathroom on the same floor.
The second floor is a gorgeous open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The large open living space features arched doorways, shuttered windows, hardwoods, rich decor and furnishings. Comfortable seating area with fireplace, large flat screen television with cable, wireless internet access and local telephone service provide you all the basics of home. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen with beautiful cherry cabinetry and granite countertops will allow you to cook to your heart's content!

Vent on the ground floor ceiling was very dirty and most of the other ceiling vents were also. Sliding glass door on ground floor didn't lock and another window latch was broken. Thought parking might be a problem but we always found a spot within a block of the house. My only suggestion would be to supply a few extra blankets for the beds; especially the one downstairs. The heat seemed to take much longer to reach this first floor bedroom. All in all though, it was a good time for everyone, and we'd love to rent the place again in the near future. Many thanks!! The Junction area is just a block away and has every type of restaurant, store, coffee shop that you could imagine. The bus stop at the junction has all of the connections to the city for those who prefer not to drive. If you drive you can be downtown in 15 minutes except during rush hour. The townhouse is great. We really liked that the bedrooms were on the top and bottom levels which left the middle level for cooking and hanging out without disturbing those who wanted to sleep. The on-street parking was never a problem as we always seemed to find a spot either right out front or quite nearby. We had an issue with the lock on our first night and they sent someone right over who took charge of the situation and made sure we were taken care of. Very professional and courteous management company. We would recommend everyone who stays here try the ice cream at Husky's, the steak at Jak's and the chocolate croissants at Nouveau Bakery (all within a 2 block walk of the property). Also, two big grocery stores are within 3 blocks so you can get everything you need nearby. This is a well kept home and we didn't feel like we were in a "rental". The only thing we were worried about was the street parking but we parked in front of the house everyday without any issue - which was great! The location although close to shops and nightlife, was extremely quiet. The only negative would be to engage the ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge - no biggie tho. Overall, this is in a great location and downtown Seattle is very accessible within 10-15 minutes. Our family of 6 were comfortable in the space and would highly recommend to friends! We all (5 adults and 3 year old child) wish to visit Seattle again and will definitely use this property if available. The management company require special mention for how accomodating they were in allowing us to stay on(beyond 11am) on our last day to enable us to organise my son and his wife transport to Vancouver, BC as their first booking was cancelled, their help was very much appreciated at a difficult time- THANKS! We were very lucky with parking and nearly always managed to park immediately outside the house. |

The home itself has a room on the first floor and two on the third floor, with a common area on the second floor. This gave each of us some privacy for sleeping, with a comfortable living area for us to eat and relax in the evening after training. The home is well maintained and has everything you need to feel at home. The location is wonderful and in walking distance to an area with cute shops and many restaurants. I jogged each morning and enjoyed the neighborhood. Staff at Sea to Sky was very helpful and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. |

Beautiful Property Close to West Seattle Alaska Junction Mary B. from Seattle, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in May, 2011 My family loved the property while they were in town and it was so convenient for me since I live in West Seattle. Only negative was that housekeeping was supposed to delivery paper towels, toilet paper, and towels and these were not delivered. Some folks had to dry themselves with washclothes. Beautiful home and wonderful place to stay though. |

First time to West Seattle A guest from Lewes, EastSussex recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2011 We came over from the UK in March 2011 with our 14 month old son and had a fantastic week. We particularly loved Easy Street records for breakfast and music shopping, Coffee to a Tea for their playing area and the play park on 48th/Alaska. The Junction as a community was awesome.The house was very baby friendly and we found the house to be just what we needed, would definitely stay again and would recommend the house to families, just make sure you get the baby pack included as we really needed the child gates and monitor (cupboard locks would have been great too!). |

It was very clean and supplied with everything we needed to feel right at home for our long weekend. Also, having one of the bedrooms on the ground floor and the others on the 3rd floor worked great for two couples. We had our privacy, and then we all could gather in the living/dining/kitchen space on the 2nd floor. This was our first time renting a vacation-type property, and it was a great experience--much better than a hotel room. We plan on doing it again soon. |
