We offer accommodation for short term as well as extended stays. Please Note: three (3) Day Minimum applies. Affordable accommodations that offer more space, privacy, flexibility, and cost savings compared to conventional hotel accommodations. No contract or lease is required.

We offer the following configurations:

ONE BEDROOM + OFFICE or JUNIOR TWO BEDROOM
One Bedroom + Office or our Junior 2 Bedroom has 1 Large Bedroom + Office/2ND Bedroom, 800sq. ft. with full kitchen, living room with Double pull out sofa bed, dining area, and second bedroom with office desk, book case and Captains bed. A Captains bed is a standard size single bed but with drawers under the bed. It is located in the Office/2ND Bedroom and is suitable for an adult or a child. This suite can sleep a family of five.

TWO BEDROOM DESCRIPTION
The two bedroom suite, 1000sq. ft. has separate bedrooms, full kitchen with eating area, spacious living room with sofa bed, and separate formal dining room seating eight. Suite configuration, Queen and Double bedrooms with Double pull out sofa bed in large living room. Office area with computer desk and book case is also found in the large living room. This suite can sleep a family of six.

THREE BEDROOM DESCRIPTION
The three bedroom suite also 1000sq. ft. has separate bedrooms, full kitchen with table seating four, spacious living room with Double pull out sofa bed, and separate formal dining room seating eight. Suite configuration, Queen and Double bedrooms, third bedroom is an office with computer desk, book case and Double bed. This suite can sleep a family of eight.

BABY CRIB, PLAYPEN, CAR SEAT, and HIGHCHAIR AVAILABLE
Additional pull out cots (single) and Twin airbeds with motor are available for additional guests. Baby crib, playpen, car seat and highchair are also available.

GOURMET KITCHENS, NOT GALLEY or KITCHENETTE
LARGE LIVING ROOM and FORMAL DINNING ROOM SEATING EIGHT
The apartments are comfortably furnished, completely equipped, accessorized and fully serviced. Each furnished suite comes complete with large kitchen including double sink, table, full size 30 in. fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cookware, bake ware, serving ware, tea set, china, glassware, cutlery, utensils and linens. Additional items are available on request such as large roaster, blender, or rice cooker.

We have recently acquired a new one bedroom apartment. It has just been furnished and is now being made available. This furnished apartment in Toronto is perfect accommodation for a single person or couple, vacationing or working on contract, and wishes the comfort of a home rather than a hotel room.

Petryla-Estates-by-the-Lake can sleep four. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable European designed pull out double bed in the living room. New 32" Flat Panel LCD HDTV, cable TV/Radio, local phone, Hi-speed Internet, large balcony, and ensuite laundry. This third floor, one bedroom apartment is located in a high-rise building with indoor swimming pool and whirlpool, fitness room with commercial grade fitness equipment offering LCD HDTV viewing while you work out, his/hers change rooms complete with showers, lockers and relaxing sauna, sports lounge with billiards table, business centre equipped with computers with Internet access and many other amenities. Underground parking is also included. The building overlooks Lake Ontario. Apartment view is of a garden court yard.
