"Izzy's" Pearl Lake Log Home is a rare jewel. A log home, in the mountains, on a lake, near lots of great family attractions and it was built with simple comfort and quiet easy enjoyment in mind. This professionally managed Franconia Notch Vacations Vacation Rental Home offers three bedrooms, one bath plus a kitchen-dining area, living area and seperate den which will provide your group with room to spread out and relax after a day's worth of White Mountain enjoyment. The kitchen runs into the dining area seamlessly making for quick service come breakfast or dinner, and the flow continues into the living area to a seperate door leading straight to the petty coat deck. The main floor queen size bedroom is nicely appointed and 'on the level' for folks looking to minimize stairs. The two bedrooms upstairs offer a variety of choice between 7 twins, 1 bunk and 1 full size bed, (but the Maximum Occupancy here is 9 Guests mind Outside, the deck offers a wonderful hamock with great views to Pearl Lake and mountains beyond. Nice Cabin in Tranquil Woods on Pearl Lake A guest from North Caldwell, NJ recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2011 Very nice cabin and location, but there were roughly 12 beds and only 1 bathroom. Otherwise a great stay, though the decor may not be great for those who feel ill about hunting. Wish there was a little more customer service at the property manager. Would definitely recommend for a quiet retreat in the mountains. Property Manager Response: Response from Franconia Notch Vacations Hmmm... wonder what more management might have been able to do? Their rather late evening arrival to the area was well coordinated by where the lights at both our office and the home they were headed to were left on, when they called in to inform us that they would in fact be late we took careful detail to be sure they had the info necessary to easily and smoothly receive their keys, and then went so far as to inlcude a free ticket for the Cannon Mountain Arial Tram and 2 Franconia Notch area map & tour guide books with their keys. Regardless of the thoughts on service levels, we are glad to see they had a good time, as that truly is our #1 goal. |
