The views are outstanding from this one bedroom, two bathroom, 14th floor condo located in a five star, gated property with 24 hr site security in Sand Key. Enjoy romantic and captivating evening sunsets with a panoramic view from the extra large balcony that is shared by both the living room and bedroom and directly overlooks the glistening Gulf of Mexico and sparkling white, sandy beach.
This unit is well maintained, fully furnished and beautifully decorated. The modern kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel range, microwave, dishwasher, garborator, refrigerator and comes well equipped with all the amenities, inclusive of coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and flatware. Lay back and relax on the comfortable, king size bed, while watching your favorite show on the wall mounted flat panel TV. Amenities in the living room include a 42? flat panel TV, cable, DVD, CD/I-Pod stereo, wireless internet access, and unlimited long distance (US & Canada) to stay in touch with family and friends back home. Full linens are provided and you will enjoy having your own washer and dryer.
Just a short elevator ride will bring you to the quiet, wide beach offering powder white sand loaded with undiscovered seashells and an abundance of shore-birds. Enjoy the large outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, suntan on chaise lounges, relax under palm trees, swim in the warm Gulf waters, enjoy the cool sea breezes, and view sea birds as they play on the shore or soar high in the clear blue sky. Take time to exercise in the on-site fitness facility and then enjoy a steam, sauna or whirlpool, it?s your choice. If you would like to shoot a game of pool, feel free on the second floor. If tennis is your game, utilize the racquets and balls located in the unit to practice your serve on the tennis court located off the 3rd floor. And don?t forget to hop on one of the two bicycles we have provided if you want to explore the surrounding area. There are four gas barbecue grills located in the common area for those nights when you?d rather kick back and eat in.

REVIEW OF UNIT 14C, CRESCENT BEACH CLUB A guest from ST. LOUIS, MO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 30 days in March, 2012 We loved the Crescent Beach Club property itself and were very pleased with it's amenities, however the actual unit was not cleaned when we arrived due to a mix-up with the owner and her house cleaner. Our property management co. was efficient by sending someone over to clean, however it was very inconvenient and disappointing and really put a damper on our first day. The unit itself is nicely stocked, and the view was beautiful, however the furniture really needs to be updated (couch and loveseat uncomfortable) and the mattress was also uncomfortable and too soft. We were blessed to stay a month, but would not stay in this unit again. |

14C cresent Beach ROBERT S. from VICTOR, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 29 days in February, 2012 Our stay was enjoyable and the location is excellent. Here are a few suggestions for you to consider: property condition was adequate, but marred walls, missing blind slat(found in closet), and some cleanup(dusting/shower stall)was required. Also toilet paper holders and towels racks require tightening. I would have fixed if tools were available. One suggestion would be to paint the interior a lighter color to create a brighter environment. Wireless internet was accessed with help from the owner (much appreciated!) We are undecided about our plans for next year, but please let me know when you begin to accept booking dates. Thanks, Bob |
