Our only problem was that there were not sufficient instructions to operate the TV. Understand that others have also had problems - so this is nothing new. We appreciated management offer of assistance to resolve the situation.

WE LOVE PIER HOUSE UNIT NO. 402

The property was very dusty. Property Mgr should inspect the property after the cleaning crew has supposedly completed their work. This has always been a problem with 402. When we leave, it is cleaner than when we arrived...always. Thank you.

Overall, the place was fine, the location was great. A few things could have been better - ie. no hairdryer (I had to go and buy one), the bedsheets were terrible, old and worn and there wasn't even a pair to fit the queen bed, there was tablecloths/placemats (also had to go buy some), only two dish towels, no beach towels, or beach chairs to use at the beach, the applicancs are old and noisy, the dishwasher hardly working (usually washed the dishes by hand, and there was nothing to clean with except a vacuum (no mop, cleaning cloths, etc.).
