A guest from Austintown, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 30 days in February, 2013 use sheets that fit the beds !!! not one sheet fit properly on any of the beds,Vinyl shelving in the pantry, and the guest closet are becoming sticky due to age. they need to be cleaned.

Stayed for 42 days in November, 2012 there are few people at the office that should not be. unfriendly, monotoned, inadequate to the business, Your computer system is inadequate, you do not advise owners who rents as the previous system did, this system allowed a cleaning service to come here as it told them we checked out, when we are here for another 3 months !!!!! To our surprise we came out of the elevator seeing the cleaners entering our condo !!! They apologized , but that is not the point. There have been too many 'incidents' We had a computer notation put on this condo that no one is to enter unless we are there, but yet that has not been adhered, just like on JAN 5, 2013, along with AC man. We rent this yearly and yet some things have been stolen, like an HP Printer, that was packed away , but other things were rummaged thru and it was taken,but the office would do nothing, even tho I had picture proof. It was wrapped and you could not see what was in it, so someone(may have been the cleaners 2 yrs ago) or a renter, opened several things.the one who is professional works offsite, and I wlll continue to deal with her.I am not happy that cleaners came in 1/5/13., especially knowing they can enter at any time.When we arrived there were lots of dirty dishes in the cupboards, milk dried in a glass,food on plates, pans, the cleaners need to check these things, especially when taking from the dishwasher after a rental leaves.PS I have not left and do not to see cleaners again while we are here. the owners should not be charged for that episode of 1/5/13. I will make sure they know.
Property Manager Response: Response from Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals. Inc. Again (as we did on the day it happened) we apologize for the misunderstanding with housekeeping regarding the cleaning of the condo you are staying in. As with the ?A/C Man? the Owners pay for a monthly a/c replacement in their condo. The service provider that changes those are both insured and bonded and have never had an issue with their services. It is unfortunate that you decided to ?store? personal belongings in a condo that is rented throughout the year to many visitors. Had you made us aware that you planned to put personal items in a closet instead of taking back home with you, we would have strongly advised against it and would have made it clear that we cannot cover such items of a guest. We certainly make every effort to protect and maintain the property of our Owners that we represent. Thank you for your feedback.
