Situated between St. Pete and Clearwater in Indian Shores this luxurious condo offers everything you need to have a truly great vacation.
Located on the fourth floor of the 5 story Beach Cottage Resort, this 1,400 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6.

Elevator was broke down 6 times in first two weeks of stay. Door lock was hard to use.Repairman could not even open the door with master key. Carpet needed cleaning and stretching, which was mentioned to owner. Enjoyed the view, sunsets, pool area, great maintenance of project overall and have booked to return to Beach Cottage I next year. Would have re-rented same unit, however it was taken. |

Fabulous vacation at Beach Cottages 1413 Emidio I. from Vaughan, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 21 days in August, 2012 I am very impressed with the Beach Cottages 1413 condo we rented. We stayed for three weeks in August of 2012 and it was great. This is our fourth annual visit to this unit and every year we are very satisfied. The condo is a huge two bedroom unit, clean, up to date, well maintained and lots of extras like beach toys, books and balcony furniture. The large television in the living room is a nice feature as well as free wifi and phone calls. The view of the gulf and the pool is excellent. Complex is good and well maintained. Loved the heated pool, hot tub, gas grills and quick access to the beach. Had good restaurants nearby. Would recommend this condo to anyone. Price was very reasonable. The management is friendly and accessible during your stay. We are planning to spend our vacation here again in the future. |

Rick, you really should think about putting at least a double bed in the 2nd bedroom for when there are two adult couples. And for that matter even when there are kid involved as it would givebthat room an extra bed with a double and a twin. Great value, Roomy, homelike, ocean front condo. George&Deborah W. from Maumee, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 Arrived late Sun. due to our flight. Check in was easy and parking for this condo was just outside the front entrance. I have a bad knee and was happy to see there were elevators and easy access to all areas of the complex. The condo was on the 4th floor towards the back, but the view was still amazing. The deck was roomy and had a table and several chairs to comfortably sit our entire family. Condo was very clean and although it showed it's age (carpet, wallpaper and paint)it had a large washer/dryer, updated beautiful kitchen with all newer appliances, lots of closets and linen provided. Air conditioning worked great. Extra's including beach toys and chairs,radios etc. Overall, very clean, comfortable, roomy and felt like home. Master had a nice king bed. Jacuzzi tub was a little difficult to get into but always had plenty of hot water. TV's in every room but didn't spend much time watching them. Many things to do in area! Salt water pool was nice for the hot sunny days. Ocean within feet.. even better! Private,locked community.. so always need keys with you, even on beach. Would recommend without hesitation and would stay there again. Great value. |

We have two young children and staying in the condo was perfect for us and them. They had their own space to play or just relax and watch the Disney Channel. We all loved having the pool, we spent lots of time in it, especially the kids. The pool was great for the number of people at the complex durng our stay but I can't imgaine if the complex was full, there would have been major crowding. We loved having a full kitchen. We were able to enjoy the balcony for all of our meals. We also liked having the grills to make my awesome burgers. We can't wait until we are able to come and enjoy the Florida sun and the Gulf again. Next time I hope no tropical storm decides to visit the gulf coast when we visit. All in all great vacation. |
