Questions? Contact us at. This is a terrific property on the north shore. One the first level you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a new king bed and the other with a new queen bed plus a bathroom with tub/shower combo. The downstairs includes a brand new washer/dryer. The second level is the living and dining room w/flat panel TV, cable/DVD, a remodeled kitchen with granite bar and stainless appliances, and second full bath. Above the living area is a loft bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds. This room has a TV with VCR and game console (games appropriate for young children). The property comes with High Speed Internet, gas fireplace and Weber gas BBQ. The amenities include summer pool and tennis and year around lodge with a game room (pool table) and saunas with hot tubs opened most of the year. Pool & spas open all summer. Spas open summer & winter daily but limited to Saturdays only in spring & fall.

Loved our stay. Only issue we had was the smoke detector was beeping and we had to take it down in order to sleep. Other than that, great place to stay!!!!

On the positive side: nice isolated location, conveniently close to major North Tahoe ski resorts, big houses. Had a great time staying in Carnelian Woods before. This time though there were several unpleasant surprises.1. We came over Christmas weekend and the recreation center (with an open air hot tub) was closed both on 24th and 25th. Very disappointing2. The hot water boiler was too small, so some of us had to take a cold shower because of that3. After checking out I was informed that my credit card was charged because of some "damages" that we have not caused. I had to spend time and effort dealing with these charges.Overall I wouldn't recommend this property because of these management mishaps
