My wife, my mother and myself had a great time, perfect location, the condo we had was on the first floor and we could walk straight out to the beach from the balcony. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. My wife and mom enjoyed searching for shells while I spent most of my time fishing, fastest passing 7 days of my life, can't wait to get back.

A nice clean condo located on a beautiful beach. We enjoyed or Marco Island vacation. Great places to eat, lots of things to do, and easy to get around. Only problem was with our keys the first couple of days.

Great quiet time to visit Marco Island. Somerset is our all time favorite condo but this condo is very worn and dated. Needs to be updated. We would go back to Somerset but not this condo.

We love The Somerset! Everyone is so friendly. Great location close to pool and beach. We stayed in this same condo last year and loved it. The mattresses in this unit probably need to be replaced; they were a little uncomfortable and the carpet is getting quite stained. Overall, though, it was a fantastic vacation!

This condo had the perfect location next to the pool, steps from the beach, convenient parking and beach toy storage. This was the most convenient condo we have ever stayed at! The condo was beautiful and had everything needed except a hair dryer. Thanks for a great vacation!

We have stayed at this property every year for the past 15 years. We will not return due to the very unprofessional and hostle way were treated by the condominium association management. This condominium is clearly does not want or welcome children and their approach and attitude was very in your face and aggressive. Also the bath tub was not useable and we were told that the owner chose not to repair. We will never return to this location.N

Overall we were very happy with our Jan/Feb 2012 stay.Access to the beach and pool was very good.Views from balcony were breath taking.Two issues,one minor ,one major.The owner has decided to omit a landline phone but the security system for remote operation of the gate requires one.We had to walk from the condo all the to the gate to let friends enter.The major issue was the shower in the master bath,it floods every time you use it to the point that we stopped using this bathroom.Not a little water but a drenching of the floor.We would rent this condo again if they fixed the shower.

Staying in Somerset 112 was a very pleasurable experience. The condo was clean, spacious, and perfectly located. The spiral staircase is very convenient and only steps away to go to the pool or beach without having to take an elevator. Also, the unit's front entrance has only a few steps on the walkway to get to the parking garage and your assigned parking spot...again, no need to take an elevator. The balcony is large and offers a great view of the ocean. The balcony was just high enough to see over the vegetation and small trees between the condo and beach.Some of the thing's we particularly enjoyed about the condo was the newer refrigerator with door ice maker, spacious layout, wifi internet (bring the ipad), newer flat screen tvs, great working AC, and most cooking utensils and pots/pans. The blender works great and be sure to bring your pina colada mix! My one recommendation would be to bring your favorite beach chairs and umbrella as the ones provided are a little worn.The condo complex grounds was clean and very well maintained. The landscaping and palm trees were all very well kept and beautiful. The charcoal grills were great and a plentiful supply of charcoal was provided. Our rental agent, Andrew Vale, was excellent and very attentive to our needs...always quick to reply to emails and phone calls. We had one minor plumbing issue come up ... Andrew had someone fix it that very same day!

Our stay at Somerset was perfect! There isn't one thing we would change. Great beach, great pools, the condo was clean and the staff was helpful. Our unit had everything we needed.

The location was good. The general condition was satisfactory. We didn't expect much for the price. Disappointed with the outdoor deck furniture being held together with duct-tape. Also had issues with the shower-head being broken. We contacted Marco Island Rentals and their repair man fixed it, you guessed it with duct tape. This lasted for one shower and then it was broke again. Second visit included some wire and more duct-tape. I wasn't happy with the service provided by Marco Island Rentals. I contacted them after our stay and they wouldn't offer any future discounts, etc. for our problems. Will not use them again.

We really enjoyed staying at the Somerset #112. They had everything any renter would want. Plenty of towels and extra linens which help alot.The stairs that lead from the condo to the ground floor worked out wonderful! We were able to go in and out with the kids so easily! Only negative is that the stairs are right under a rain spout, water rests on a couple of the steps and we had our fair share of slips coming down early in the morning.Overall...great place! Can't wait to visit again.

We had a wonderful time @ the Sommerset was safe,clean and comfortable.Steps away from the beach,a few mins. away from small shops and restaurants...a great view fron the patio...who could ask for anything else.Andrew,the contact person,was readily available whenever needed. No request was too small. My daughter,who shared the condo for part of the time, enjoyed it as much as I did. I would recommend it without reservations.

I had a wonderful stay at the Somerset in beautiful Marco Island. I especially liked the unit in which we stayed for multiple reasons. The view from the unit and large balcony is spectacular. I also really liked the spiral staircase off of the balcony that gave us direct access to both the pool and the beach. It was nice not to have to mess with a long walk or elevators. This is a feature I haven't seen anywhere else and made things very easy. I also really liked having access to the below unit storage area. We could grab beach items and be on the beach relaxing in minutes. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Marco Island. We will most certainly use this property again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Charming spot. Wonderful access to beach and pools. Fabulous sunsets from the deck. A close walk to great restaurants, shops and a movie theater. Good amenities and a well manicured complex. Can't wait to return.
