Cooper’s Cabin is the ultimate destination for your family vacation! This comfortable log home is located in “The Peaks,” a gated subdivision with privacy, acreage, and views beyond belief. Located very close to a large grocery store and just a few miles from the Lake Lure Marina / Beach and Chimney Rock Park. The living room area features a beautiful gas-log fireplace with flat-panel television that includes DirecTV (Starz Package), comfortable seating, and easy access to the spacious decks (both open and covered) overlooking the mountain landscape. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and more. Dine in or al fresco on the beautiful open deck. There are three (3) bedrooms, one (1) bunk room, and three (3) full baths. The king bed is on the first floor. Upstairs, there is a queen and the other bedroom (across the hall) has two (2) full beds. The bunk room in the lower level sleeps three (full on bottom/ twin on top).

The layout of the home along with the cozy, comfortable sleeping areas allow for some separation of guests. Everyone will enjoy the lower level with bunks for the kids, bath, pool table, foosball, ping pong, and many other games. You can enjoy a sizzling fresh meal off the grill or soak away your stress in the large hot tub. Relax on the porch swing or rocking chairs. Read a good book while enjoying the peace and serenity. All linens kitchen, bed, and bath linens are provided. Bring your laptop—there is a secure wireless Internet connection.

This is a perfect vacation home! Plus western North Carolina offers a number of entertainment and activity options as well as some of the most beautiful views you will ever see.

Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. or earlier at Carolina Properties Lake Lure office.

In addition to the rent the following charges apply:

$100.00 Pet Fee (if bringing a pet)

$45.00 Accidental Damage Insurance

5% Rutherford County Occupancy Tax (on rent)

6.75% NC State Sales Tax (on rent and reservation fee)

Cancellation/Transfer Policy: If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 Reservation Fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Confirmation Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full rent amount. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
