The first thing you notice about Casa Cascada is the home’s amazing architecture.  Spanish-style, red stucco rooftop, expansive second floor balcony, and deep brown double door entrance as part of the curbside gate cumulate into an impressive exterior.  Upon entering through the gate, a charming path to the front door greets you with a nicely manicured lawn, palm trees, large windows, and impressive columns make this front yard special.  Casa Cascada is a private home located in the Corpus Christi neighborhood of downtown San Miguel.  You’ll be close to walk to an array of local shopping, dining, and entertainment options.  Charmingly lit streets and friendly neighbors will welcome you any time of day to sightsee.  Be sure to explore all your neighborhood has to offer: the impressively built Corpus Christi church, local parks, or dip into a taco or fruit stand for a taste of local Cozumel! Inside Casa Cascada, you’ll find an easy-going and comfortable décor.  Large tiles complement the floors with wicker and wood furniture in downstairs’ open floor plan.   There are floor to ceiling windows to let in the warm Caribbean sunshine with plenty of nooks to relax with a book, enjoy morning coffee, or surf the web with free WiFi Internet included.  There is a mounted flat screen television with cable that has plenty of English-language programming available.  The living room opens to the pool (the patio includes a scuba rinse tank) via a large sliding glass door with flanking windows. For convenience right off the outdoor pool and living room, you'll also find a half bath and full laundry room with an up-to-date, in-house washer and dryer-- perfect for long stays or vacations with children!  The house has three bedrooms and can sleep up to eight people.  Two, very kid-friendly, sleeping options include one room with a combination trundle/bunk bed and the other with two twin beds.  The master has its own wall-mounted air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan, sitting area, and king size bed.  The bathrooms are well appointed with modern furnishings like bowl-style sinks and intricate tiling.  There is a surround sound stereo that also allows for music to play through a faux-rock speaker outside by the pool!  Be sure to take advantage of this great feature entertaining guests, taking an evening dip, or grilling some lunch with the provided BBQ.  The outdoor pool with adjacent scuba rinse tank has the home’s namesake, a mini-waterfall! If you’re a small group or family looking to relax in your own private poolside retreat while still being in the center of all the action San Miguel offers, Casa Casada is for you!
