This is a direct rent from a private owners,as such this is a non-commercial/non-broker offer of a single house,whose oweners had put their heart into it's building'where you'll see the attention that has been put into every little detail.
This is a high standard 3.5 room house,2.5 bedrooms,a living room,2 toilets and a huge shower,two beautifull balconys-in the front and in the back,and a swimming pool from May 2011.
Two bedrooms contains double beds.The other room is a study with a sofa that is easilly opens into a very comfortable bed.Tere is also a cradle.
The villa has a fully equippted kitchen,an air-condition in each room,dishwasher,washing machin,dryer etc.Linens and towels are provided by the owners.
