Stayed for 3 days in October, 2012 Have been to the Bahamas on many journeys but, none compared to our stay at the Oasis . All of our guests were pleased with their personal accommodations and the ability to both feel like you were on a private sojourn or to feel like you were a part of the group due to the wonderful spaces that make the Oasis special. from the outer court yard , to the various entertainment spaces leading to the beach front to the breathtaking ocean views ....you knew you were in Paradise from the first glance .The family room is a outstanding central area to gather fair games and other entertainment . A short walk and you can pick up any items that may come to mind to either quench your thirst or settle your appetitite .The private gated entrance locks you in a place that becomes very hard to leave . I will be back |

Family vacation at "Oasis" Nassau, Bahamas Reviewed by: Helen H. recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in July, 2012 Loved the location, view was awesome. Having direct access to the ocean was a huge plus. In close proximity to shops and restaurants. Problems with shower pressure in some of the bedrooms and intermittent smells from the drains in the bedrooms also. Had a few power outages, would have been nice to have backup. Some minor maintenance needed with the dishwasher and the lawn chairs (missing screws) but overall very pleased with our stay at this home. Valerie from HG Christie was fabulous to deal with and went above and beyond for us especially when we had to take a trip back to the airport....a huge thank you Valerie. Would recommend this vacation home, it was very quiet and comfortable. We had a very relaxing time there and would return there again in a heart beat. |

It Truly is An "Oasis" A guest from Stockton, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 This house was amazing. Great views of the water. The bedrooms were away from the main house so you aren't disturbed if you needed some downtime. This was the most relaxing vacation ever. It was so nice to have a common area for everyone to gather in, unlike a hotel where you are confined to your room or out in a public area. Most of the time we spent outside on the patio - very relaxing. The only thing negative (if you could call it that) is the water pressure was weak for showers. But you are in another country so just go with it. I've already recommended this house to a number of friends. |

Stayed for 7 days in February, 2012 The Oasis rental was simply amazing.Our friends & family enjoyed the house which is situated right on the beach with a spectacular view. A perfect spot for swimming, jet skiing and relaxing. The home was very spacious, modern, and clean. The place was perfect for teenagers with WiFi and cable TV in the living room with a beautiful view.Easy walking distance to markets, restaurants, and stores. Not to mention Starbucks. All within a few blocks.The house also comes with a fully equipped modern kitchen long with an outdoor grill. We had a lot of memorable meals at the backyard patio table enjoying the view.Our guest and family felt very safe and secure the whole time of our stay.We found that the Oasis rental was a spectacular rental which is a perfect place for fun & relaxation.Highly recommended. |

The home is open and airy, clean, nicely decorated and in a convenient location. Val with HG Christy was professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend staying at the Oasis. Our only suggestion would be to add TV?s to the other rooms and not just the one master. But overall it was a terrific get away. |

A truly beautiful home in a wonderful setting A guest from Ardmore, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2011 We visited Oasis as two families of four for a week between Christmas and New Year's. The house is large, nicely decorated, and very well-furnished. The patio by the water is huge and lovely. We had a few days of rough water that made the swimming from the steps from the patio not as welcoming, but on calm days it was fine. a couple of beach-walkers in our midst missed a stretch of sand to exercise on until we realized we could walk down the road to a beach access that gives some walking space by the Sheraton. All in all, we loved it and would happily return! |

I really enjoyed the property. The only thing I could complain about is that the grass wasn't cut HOWEVER I understand it was a miss communication between the maintenance and the owner of the property. It did not spoil my trip one bit. The place was very clean and the house is amazing! Please, Please rent this property for family gatherings, small family reunions, etc. I have friends (native of Bahamas) who are interested in renting after viewing this villa! Oasis Jamil M. from Fort Washington, MD recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 Our trip to nassau, bahamas was over all a good one. We stayed at the oasis villa for 7 days. I found the island to be very expensive and the locals not as friendly as I expected. If I return, it would not be for 7 days--much to long and not much to do or see. My highlight was the villa(very nice) & the beach. The house was very spacious, clean & comfortable with a gorgeous of the sea. Minor issues: lights(master bath) Did not work. Spent the 1st day with no lights in the bathroom. Called management, nobody came. I fixed it myself(was a circuit breaker switch). Major issue: hG Christie charged my credit card twice for the rental. They did resolve it after I had to prove the double charge. I would never do business with them again. At first I was somewhat skeptical as we entered the dirt road but upon arriving at Oasis it was everything I had imagined and more. The reviews on your website did not do it justice. The view was breathtaking, the house was both inviting and relaxing. Val Canton was a joy to work with; I found her to be very kind and accommodating. She went out of her way to ensure my guests and I were happy. She and Kathy, even purchased wash cloths for us Americans who are use to having them (lol). I would also like to commend Kathy on a job well done with the management of the property, when we arrived she had great music playing, the doors open to the awesome view, and the house was very clean. She took the time to show us around; she and Val made sure that every question we has was answered. Even when we discovered we did not have hot water on one side of the house, they quickly resolved that issue in a matter of hours. I am extremely pleased with my overall visit to Oasis that I am trying to plan a trip back to Nassau and Oasis in June. Again, Val was awesome and Kathy was great, they make my vacation even more enjoyable. The only thing I would change is the weather as it was cold our first 3 days in Nassau while there was nothing anyone could do about it.
