We rented the cabin to celebrate my wife's and I birthdays. It could not have been any better. The cabin is gorgeous and the views are to die for. We had over 30 people come over and they all loved the cabin. We are looking forward to our next stay there!

problems some burners do not work on stove the carpet and kitchen rug is very stained there are many leaks when the rain came wet the carpet around the door by the sauna tub

Very nice cabin...clean and in a good location if you want to be away from town. Needs some updates: Only two stove burners worked, hot tub is to small for size of cabin, sleeper sofa beds are not comfortable and it looks as if upstairs shower is leaking into the ceiling above the kitchen. None of these issues really caused problems for us except the stove when we were trying to cook a meal for 8 people. Overall I would recommend this cabin.

We had a great time at the treetop oasis. It is in a great location for hiking and enjoying the tourist areas of Gatlinberg and Pigeon Forge. Our only complaints are minor... The front right burner on the stove did not work and there were no RCA cables to hook up the dvd player that was in the cabin. If the owner fixed these minor things it would have been perfect! One warning.. this cabin is on the TOP of the mountain, if it is snowing most vehicles probably would not be able to make it up the steep inclines.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful cabin. We will return with our family. My main concern is water stains in the cabin (downstair celing area where upstair baths are located). The porch has alot of water stains near the door. This needs to be corrected to keep this beautiful cabin for future rentals. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great cabin with breath taking views. An important feature missing would be blinds in the bedrooms. It was very bright early morning and late evening which made it difficult for the children to fall asleep.

Our Experience at Tree Top Oasis June 23-30, 2012

Staying at TreeTop Oasis was a beautiful experience. The first time going up the road in Brothers Cove to find our cabin was nerve wracking. We felt for the price we paid for the week, the cabin could of been in better condition. We had a constant leak above the kitchen sink, so no avoiding drips when doing the dishes. It appears to have been there for quit some time and that made the issue even more dissapointing. The nail heads were sticking out of the upper deck off the bedroom. you couldn't help but stub your toes, I called to address all issues, as well as the internet not working. The internet was repaird but they did not pound the nail heads in, so my 75 yr old step father spent and hour doing it with a rock. The maintenance man that came for the leak said this was a big job and it could not be addressed by him. No one from management then called or addressed this with us? Attention to detail on cleaning; beams, track lights, and low chair rungs had cobwebs. Mice droppings were behind the stereo cabinet that we had discovered due to us moving it looking for something we lost. Although we did not let these issues hamper our stay with the view and our family we had a wonderful trip. Small enough issues to address but enough of them to reflect on my overall scores.Note: all of the jets do not work in the hot tub either, the cement pond (pool) railing going into the pool is very loose and sways a good 6 inches each way, my mother fell coming out of the pool when using it for support!

Very nice, although a little maintenance on the property was needed, I.e., porch railings needed some repair and a little refinishing (splinters, etc) on railings and furniture, but very god overall.

Treetop Oasis is a beautiful cabin, with spectacular views that you just can't get enough of. Every room has a view. The design for that piece of property is perfect. No major problems except a small leak somewhere in one of the upstairs bathrooms that created a few drips in the kitchen. We can't wait to go back someday. Totally Awesome 5 days. Wish we could have made a fire during chilly April weather.

we had a nice stay. the view was good. the cabin is nice enough. not top of the line but clean and a little above average. all beds are queens, not kings. the travel to the cabin was a bit rough (steep, curvy, lots of turns, confusing) but you are in the mountains and thats somewhat expected. i do think with the price you pay per night for the cabin firewood should be included and there ready for you. i loved the fact of all the fireplaces in the rooms. that's why we chose this cabin. this should be an option in more/most cabins because this is the feature we always look for when booking a cabin.

Loved the view but I paid someone to take us down the mountain. I had a panic attach driving up to the place and of course there was no where to pull over, It is my own fault,maybe for the deardevil type or young and restless, not for families.

It would hav been nice if outdoor furniture was on the deck of the upstairs bedroom.Not enough dishes were available for everyone and kitchen needs more pans, pots and baking pans.Would have been nice if the downstairs windows had some type of shield from the sun that could be raised and lowered when needed...same for the upstairs bedroom with deck. Also, the upstairs bedroom with a deck...the outside door did not lock...looked like it was broken.

The cabin was very nice and the view was awesome. The kitchen could use some new cookware. The only problem we had was when it rained the roof leaked in the dining room and the shower on the second floor leaked into the bathroom on the main floor. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We have replaced the cookware upon your recommendation. We cycle everything through on a periodic basis to maintain quality. We generally exchange those in the first three weeks of November prior to Thanksgiving. We are putting a longer shower curtain in the troublesome shower, we could not find any issue in the plumbing itself. The roof is being inspected, we had some high winds in September and it's possible we might have a loose panel on the metal roof. Thank you so much for calling these things to our attention, you keep us on top of our game! Hope to see you again real soon!

Cracks and holes all through the cabin, water leaks in the dining room, water damage every where, stained carpet, needs new stove, needs new tvs in bedrooms... tv remotes broken.. Dead rat or mouse under floor in downstairs bathroom stinking cabin up...

View was beautiful, but road was steep, narrow, and often treacherous and scary in large vehicles (tires spun out many times). Very unsafe. Cabin was not as clean as it should have been -- including cobwebs, dead bugs, and even rodent droppings in the kitchen. Two small (live) lizards also were found on the bottom floor. Some light bulbs needed to be changed, and although we reported an issue with the kitchen lights to a trash-removal worker, nothing was done to fix the issue. Both upstairs showers leaked -- water spots were visible downstairs on the ceilings beneath them. When it rained, water leaked into the dining area. The small air conditioning units were insufficient to cool the house and late evening sun was unbearable in the dining area/living room and in the upstairs mezzanine area. Porch roof also appeared to leak. Hot tub was also somewhat dirty and jets did not appear to function property. Tried to contact office during power outage and there was no answer. View was definitely amazing, but not likely to stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience. The property was top notch. What a great view! It would have been nice to have Wi-Fi access. It was great to have the washer and dryer for laundry and to dry swim suits! We had the pool to ourselves. Thank you for an awesome vacation.

Perfect get away cabin...great furniture and up to date decor...minus the spiderwebs and daily killings of hornets in one bedroom, it was great. The hot tub on the back deck with the added great view of the mtns made it all worth the trip!!! will go again!!!

Initially I thought that its going to be just another plain and simple trip to a new place. But upon arriving at the rental property my views changed. Overall it was one of the best vacations we had over several years. My kids enjoyed it and also wife. Our team leader also made a difference. His name is Rizwan Uddin. He also planned things well particularly hiking and visiting various sight seeing locations in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

I was terribly disappointed! The first cabin we were in had mouse droppings on the master bedroom window sill.They were nice enough to move us to another cabin; however it was much worse!I went and bought clorox and washed all of silverware which had droppings on them, we swept up numerous droppings in the master bedroom. We kept our silverware in the refrigerator the entire time we were there. There was so many mouse droppings under the kitchen sink that I took a broom and pushed them to the back so my children would not see them. Thank God they did not arrive until late the second day which gave us time to get things on a little better shape.I also bought white vinegar, lysol, etc to set out because it smelled like there was a dead mouse in there. Needless to say we will never stay again at a cabin from this company. I'm not sure if we will ever stay any any cabins there. I tried to cover up everything for my family, but when I wouldn't let them set the silverware out, I think they figured it out.Sorry to have to give you such a terrible review. However it is sad that the company is not taking better care of their properties. It was a beautiful cabin, but just not clean at all.

The stove needs replaced. The first day we had no water for approx 4-5 hours. Brochures and lititure in cabin was outdated by several years. Need better instruction and remotes for the TV's Overall a nice place to spend some time relaxing.

Rough start, but beautiful home!

We arrived at 3pm to check-in and were told the cabin wouldn't be cleaned until 5pm. We did some shopping and arrived at the cabin at 5pm to find it still hadn't been cleaned. At 5:30pm I called the rental office again to inform them. By 6:30pm some workers showed up and cleaned around us in the cabin. More of a surface cleaning. The shower backed up when it was used and several things in the cabin were broken (ceiling fan, electrical outlet covers, etc..). Overall, this was a good time together with family and a beautiful cabin. It was very expensive ($400/night) to show up at the advertised check-in time only to have to wait 4 additional hours to get a clean cabin.

We return to Brother's Cove because the stay is always wonderful. My wife and I both are General Manager's in the hotel business and this is a GREAT place to stay! TreeTops is our FAVORITE cabin! The view is awesome! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We plam to return in early spring! Nice job from everyone at Brother's Cove!
