The kitchen was very nice and the furnishing throughout were very nice. There was no salt or pepper in the shakers in the kitchen. The housekeeping could be better. There was dust all along the side of the stairs to the loft. One of the pillow shams in the master bedroom was stained with black greaselike stains. The blanket on the master bed was poor quality and scratchy. The water has a strong sulfur smell. they should invest in a water softener or filter for this. The electric fireplace in the master bedroom did not work well. The heater worked, but the flame did not. The TVs should be updated to flat screen. I feel that it was a little overpriced for all of these items that needed attention. |

The kids were in a car for 7 hours so when we opened the door they all went a bit "wild"! When my husband and I went down the stairs to the master bedroom, we both were amazed. The King sized sleigh bed was so comfortable that it didn't matter how busy your day was you fell right to sleep. Everything about our stay in the cabin was perfect! |

You could smell it on your body after showering the whole day. We washed some whites, and the water turned them brown. (Ruined our clothes). The hot tub had a brown film in the bottom from the water, could not use. I complained the first day and to my knowledge noone came out to fix. Also no pressure on the shower downstairs. please fix. If the water was fixed this would have been a nice cabin and stay. Otherwise i will not rent this cabin again. American Mountain rental was very helpful to get us in the cabin Tuesday due to weather. Was fairly close to a grocery store and not too far from the center of Pigeon Forge, but far enough to feel secluded. One difficult thing for me at least was getting to the actual cabin because being a driver from Miami, I am not familiar with driving up steep grade mountains. The road to the cabin is really narrow but this isn't too bad because we only needed to drive on it for less that 5 minutes. The only negative i can say about the cabin is that the tap water smelled very strange. The water also tasted like it smelled, which is not very pleasant when brushing my teethe. Other than those few things, the cabin was better that expected. I would recommend anyone to rent this. Amazing experience. |

It wasn't right up on the main strip but yet close enough to all the attractions, which is what we were looking for. We did have one small complaint about the water. We have stayed at other cabins in the area that had what we are assuming is sulfur water. The smell is unpleasant and it would be nice to have been warned but it didn't ruin our weekend. |

The roads to some of the cabins are questionable. We were booked at Somewhere in Time, but could not drive up the steep road to get to the cabin. The staff was great and they let us stay at Suite Temptations. It was a beautiful cabin with many amenities. The kids loved the hot tub and pool table. I loved that the main bedroom was away from everybody else with a beatiful deck (on both levels). We miss it. We would love to stay there again. Made alot of good memories. Thanks AMR. |

Stayed for 2 days in February, 2009 There were cobwebs everywhere, dead cockroaches in the bathroom, confusing sign in front of cabin, it had a totally different name. That made it hard to find at 1am. It was a well built house though. |
