Sitting in the jacuzzi in the evening watching the sun set over the mtns was so relaxing. Only issues were that we were required to wash the dishes before we checked out or be charged an extra fee which wouldn't have been that big of an issue if the dishwasher worked. We called in the broken dishwasher and theybsaid someone would be up to check on it but no one showed. Ended up having to wash them by hand. Not too bad but frustrating when you are trying to leave as required. Overall a great getaway spot. |

There were 2 lights out on the sidewalk to our cabin. It was hard to see in the dark. Luckily, we brought a flashlight and a lantern. There were several lights burnt out inside the cabin also. Don't know about the phone service. If we were supposed to request it, no one asked us. The use of a washer and dryer was great. We enjoyed the hot tub. We used to have one, and it made us realize how much we missed it. I would go there again, but request a different cabin so we COULD have a view. |

Isolated, but not too far away from crazy Pigeon Forge (about 25 min). The views of the mountains at the Cove are wonderful, even though the views from the cabin are restricted because of the amount of trees surrounding the cabin (still fantastic!). The cabin is perfect for couples, the only thing that you can take out is the TV set, and open a window on that wall. You won't like to watch tv there!! definitely, a place to return. And if you are planning a vacation with more people, try the other cabins of the property. Beautiful, peaceful, and definitely a great place to be. Thanks for giving us a nice 13th aniversary!! |

The pictures show a really nice view from the back deck, but they must've been taken in winter. During the summer (when we were there), all the foliage grows so thick by the deck, the view is 100% obstructed. Bummer. |

However, when we arrived, our tv was not working-we only had about three channels and no one came to fix it until after ten o'clock the next morning. Also, young saplings had grown up and obscured our view of the mountain. So we didn't get the view I saw online and that was the main reason for renting a cabin. That said, it was a beautiful cabin and we enjoyed our stay very much! |

Stayed for 3 days in May, 2012 First of all, the hot tub was not useable since the chlorine level was so high as to induce uncontrollable coughing. The mattress sucks you to the middle of the bed. The AC system is very loud. The large adjoining unit had a massive party and since we shared a parking lot, I had to ask for cars to be moved multiple times. Noisy at times too. Lack of decent sitting furniture in living room. The dish needs adjustment because signal is intermittently lost and makes a shrill noise. The good thing: the indoor jacuzzi tub. American Rentals should at least refund my cleaning fee since some similar properties do not even charge one! |

It was our first stay in a cabin on the "top"...which we found to have most of the cabins VERY CLOSE TOGETHER. Our cabin was also a part of shared parking with another cabin, which was one of the large cabins. Our stay was wonderful as usual, and also our first spring break since we were in college :) Our next visit though will not be in one of the cabins that is so close to another cabin though. |

Stayed for 4 days in October, 2011 The location was ok but very noisy.Acorns or some kind of nuts kept falling on the roof and when the wind blew the branches would slap against the roof,made it awfully hard to sleep.Also their must be iron in the water.When we would get the hot tub in the house about half full the water kept turning a rusty color. |

My review Mark W. from West Chester, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2011 I have stayed at Brothers Cove probably 6-8 times over the past 7 years. This cabin was by far in the worst shape of any I've stayed in. The gutter was literally falling off and was clanking against the cabin all night. THe remote control for the TV was broken and taped together and did not work the entire time. The hot tub had a broken cup holder. Overall, I would never recommend this cabin to a friend. |

The shower was plumbed backwards(hot was actually cold). The TV was not turned twards the sitting area. There was no seating for two(Love seat) The check in guy did not tell us we were sharing the driveway with Majestic View A, therefor it took a long time to find the cabin. The outside short lamp post did not work at night. The Hot Tub was not very clean. Attention to the small details were missed |

Lock frozen couldnt get in cabin, had to wait on somebody to let us in.2. NO HEAT . IT WAS TORN UP . THE CABIN WAS 47 DEGREES WHEN WE ARRIVED. IT NEVER GOT ABOVE 58 DEGREES EVEN WITH THE HEATERS THAT WERE SUPPLIED BECAUSE THEY KICKED THE BREAKER AND THEN WE COULD ONLY PLUG ONE OF THEM IN. 3. NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER .THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE BEEN FIXED BY MAINTENANCE BUT WASN'T THE DURATION OF OUR STAY.wE HAD STAYED HERE PREVIOUSLY IN SNOWY CONDITIONS AND THEY STILL MANAGED TO HAVE OUR LIGHTS ON , CABIN HEAT SET AT A COZY SETTING . i KNOW THE WEATHER WAS BAD BUT THATS NO EXCUSE. |

Very disappointed about our vacation 11-10-11-12 Verdell O. from Cincinnati, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in November, 2010 On 11-12-10@approx 9:51 I phoned the front desk to advise of Majestic View A cabin. I advised front desk about the screaming, loud party, and obscene noises coming from this cabin. Harold phoned the resident and advised of the noise complaint. Instructed me to call back if any further disturbances. At approx 11:00 I called again as the noise became worse-there were smokers standing on the back porch, screaming, yelling and basically the same complaint as before I left a voicemail. I tried to sleep through it at approx 2:00 still unable to sleep because of the loud party I called again and left my complaint on the voicemail. Exhausted from my trip we checked out early to drive home to get some peace and quiet from the disturbance. I checked in with the front desk 2 maintenance men were in the front office I explained my complaint to them. I never received a call to follow up or apologize this was the worst experience that I have ever had at Brother's Cove my family and I have been coming here for over 5 years and we had planned on coming back and bringing the entire family and I am very disappointed that we were treated this way. |
