Set over three floors upon a private gated community on the outskirts of Patong, this five-bedroom home is one for the ages. With a classic mixture of wooden teak floors all round and a warm and comfortable interior, you will instantly be impressed by this lofty abode. The private swimming pool is the ideal place to take a soothing dip whilst also enjoying the sea-views from this vantage point. The large wrap-around terrace on the second level would make for the ideal spot to entertain guests or a spot of al fresco dining. Within a five-minute drive, you can experience all Patong has to offer whilst residing in a peaceful and scenic location on the outskirts.

Accommodation
Bedrooms:
The five bedrooms all enjoy amazing teak wooden floors and vaulted ceilings with a choice of air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms, double beds and a selection of Thai silks and fabrics that really give the surroundings that special vibe.

Bathroom:
All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showering facilities, toilets and wash basins. The master bathroom enjoys a large Jacuzzi bathtub situated directly next to a window that showcases the amazing jungle and ocean-views whilst you soak.

Kitchen:
The beautiful countryside-styled kitchen is home to a wide choice of appliances that will meet your self-catering needs. Take advantage of an oven, grill, microwave, rice cooker, tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, washing machine, refrigerator, four-ring stovetop and a vast choice of dishware and cutlery.

Living rooms:
The living room is picturesque part of the house, which benefits from roll-back windows that turns the lounge into an open-air environment that enjoys tremendous airflow and the gentle sea breezes. This open space benefits from numerous comfortable settees and is the ideal spot to catch that famous Phuket sunset. There is also a second lounge area, where you will find a luxurious L-shape settee, a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a surround sound music system.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.
