The upper level offers two large, warmly decorated bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. Symphony #29 also has a queen sofabed in the living area and patios off the kitchen and both bedrooms, an outdoor BBQ, gas fireplace, views of Rainbow Mountain, in-suite washer/dryer, a common area hot tub and free underground parking.

Payment Policy: Confirmed reservations in winter are subject to a non-refundable two night deposit and full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Confirmed reservations in summer are subject to a non-refundable one night deposit and full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Winter Cancellations Confirmed winter reservations cancelled outside of 60 days are subject to a 2 night cancellation fee while cancellations made inside 60 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture.
Summer Cancellations Confirmed reservations cancelled outside of 14 days are subject to a 1 night cancellation fee while cancellations made inside 14 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture.
Check In / Out: Please have all guests check in at, Whistler Superior Properties, 4355 Northlands Blvd in Whistler Village North. Please ensure guests are given our contact phone number, , in case they have any difficulties locating our office. Check in time is guaranteed for 4pm and check out time is 10am. If possible, please provide us with your guest’s estimated time of arrival.
Housekeeping: All homes and condominiums are supplied with fresh towels, linens and toiletries upon arrival. Mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for a minimal cost.
Minimum Age Requirement: Any bookings for guests under 25 years of age must be pre-approved by Whistler Superior Properties. Whistler Superior Properties retains the right to refuse access or evict guests from any property if the age requirement is not met or if the reservation was made under false pretences. No refund will be provided in the event of eviction or disallowed access due to age restrictions
Security Deposit: At check-in, all guests will be required to provide a credit card security deposit of $500 - $1000 and proof of identification. No third party credit cards can be accepted for the security deposit.
